Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This villa has plenty of space to move around. Walk into the first floor, where you have the kitchen, dining room, and living room leading out to a small patio equipped with a new gas grill. The living room has a small desk space, perfect for any last-minute work that needs to get done. The second floor has the bedrooms. The first bedroom has one king bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

A nice large pool (heated Mar & Apr - Oct & Nov) with fenced in courtyard area. The pool area offers a sundeck equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you will find it to be the perfect place to spend some time in the sun. A boardwalk with an outdoor shower offers easy access to one of the nicest, cleanest beaches Hilton Head has to offer. Standard appliances include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC, refrigerator with ice maker, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, drinking glasses, and all utensils. High-speed internet is available!

• Proximity to the beach: Oceanfront. Less than 2 min walk to its own beach area
• Pets are not allowed
• Private pool exclusively for guests which is heated during the months of March to April and again for October and November.
• As a guest at this property, you receive one pool towel per person, perfect for lounging poolside.

Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Your Luxury Concierge is included with no additional cost.

Great location, close to so many things but the beach area was not very crowded. The condo was nice and the property management company was very easy to deal with.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at this beach side property. The condo was comfortable and clean. Steps away from the pool. It also has a private beach access point. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great Location!

We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Head. The location is great, you walk directly to the beach! The amenities are nice, the owners communication is prompt and the use of the beach cruiser bikes made our trip! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Beach Escape

Beautiful Property!

Beautiful property and great location! The condo is steps away from the beach and conveniently located between Coligny Plaza and Harbour Town Lighthouse. The owners were fantastic and always willing to answer questions. We will definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing stay close to recreation

Very clean, quiet townhouse with easy parking outside. Quick walk to beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Problem with AC quickly taken care of.

The ONLY place we stay

This ocean villa has become the ONLY place we stay in Hilton Head. The new landscaping in the courtyard is beautiful. And, of course, the walk on the boardwalk across the dunes and onto the beach cannot be matched.
