Awesome fortress for your group ski weekend

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with a group of 14 friends for a ski trip and it's just such a unique and awesome place. The space was more than ample for 14 adults and there are so many cool gathering spaces in the house that it's almost overwhelming tying to determine where to hang out. The place is quite literally on top of its own mountain so the views are absolutely incredible when it's clear out (re: being on top of a mountain, you should definitely heed the advice to bring AWD vehicles in the winter to get up the driveway). The kitchen is great for preparing meals for large groups with a big gas stove, two ovens, and a large sink. Once you get down the driveway, it's not really so far to Ludlow (maybe 15 minutes), so everything you could need (groceries, restaurants, skiing, beer) is pretty nearby. Owner is responsive and helpful if you have any issues with the house or premises. Highly recommended if you're looking to have a memorable vacation.

Pictures Don't Do it Justice!

  • 5 of 5

Our group spent our 10 year ski trip here and it was beautiful! Very close to Okemo which worked for our group and plenty of space for everyone to have a bed and privacy when they wanted as well.

Downingtown, Pennsylvania

This place is phenomenal............fantastic views, and a well maintained residence with lots of amenities. So much space inside and out, we were fortunate and only had one day that the weather deterred outside activities, but there was plenty to keep everyone entertained inside. Coming from Pennsylvania this was a long drive, but well worth it.

Amazing and secluded property

  • 5 of 5

Elizabeth's house is perfect for a larger group looking to get away from it all. The property is very secluded and well maintained with a modern kitchen and lots of groomed outdoor space for outdoor activities. There is no light pollution, and the views of the stars at night are the best I've seen. I would highly recommend booking this place.

Amazing Renting Experience!

  • 5 of 5

This place was truly spectacular. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. I woke up early to see the sunrise, and watched the fog roll over the mountains and through the valley. The house is beautifully designed, and the yard around it no less. I have rented before, and working with Elizabeth was by far the best experience I have ever had on that end. This whole trip was amazing, and I hope to get all my friends back for another go!
