Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Nice private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Integrated software partners are trusted and approved by VRBO and all Expedia Group affiliate booking sites.

We stopped here on a road trip. It was a great improvement from hotels! Very nice in a beautiful area of Savannah. We were able to walk around and find shops and a great place for dinner. We highly recommend booking this apartment!

This property is in a great location! Walkable to everything in historic Savannah. The included parking space was very nice to have. We had a couple of minor issues and they were resolved quickly. We would happily book here again. Love Savannah!

We did remove the tub and install a walk in shower in late July 2026. The original cast iron tub finish was worn and additionally we realized a lot of our guests are choosing this apartment for the ground level no-steps feature and a walk in shower is best for our clientele. Please still be careful on uneven surfaces around Savannah and the sidewalks/courtyard are original ballast stones, bricks etc so all visitors with mobility issues should have a heads up about that. but we have made this apartment as friendly to the elderly as possible!

This is a great place to stay. The place is very clean and charming. We had a family of 5 that fit easily. Its on one level so it was great for my mother-in-law. The location is in the middle of Savannah and you can get anywhere within a few minutes of walking. Great communication with the owner before and during the stay when we had questions. Definitely recommend this place.

Having a parking spot was excellent and it being off-street provided added security and comfort. The rooms were so nice. Comfort bedding. Laundry was an added plus. Kitchen made it like being at home.

Great location, decor is attractive, furniture is comfortable. The showerhead needs to be descaled or replaced (at least half of the holes don't allow water through). The floors are pretty rough, with several buckled boards. The furnace/ac and bathroom fans are incredibly loud. Interior doors don't close well. Appliances are newer and work well.
