About this property

Lakeside Retreat

Welcome! Our beautiful lake house is your's to enjoy!

Come over and relax your worries away! Sit out on the deck or patio and listen to nature as you view activities on the water or animals in the woods! We have a bar-b-que and a fire pit to sit around outside and enjoy a family trip.

We offer pool access from May 25th to September 30, annually. The private pool is 18' by 60' with a diving board and slide; great for exercise and relaxation. We have access (with a $500 deposit) to a pontoon boat to use on the lake.
There is a boat ramp to launch boats, jet skies etc.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house is located off a slew of Chickamauga Lake. There is TVA undeveloped wildlife property on two sides of the house, water on the back side, and a neighbor. The location is secluded for privacy.

There is plenty of covered space deck and patio.
