Perfect place for family and friends

Wonderful place in a terrific location. Genevieve was very accommodating, especially when I arrived a few hours early! Cafes, markets, and stores are all just around the corner, while the place also being out of the major tourist hustle and bustle areas.

It was a great place to stay for its proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the street market at Rue Cler for fresh fruit and veg. Lots of restaurants everywhere. Tasca for gluten free pasta is also within easy walking distance. Boggle bakery for gluten free is a little further but very walkable.

Perfect Location

Excellent communication from start to finish. This is our first time in 15 trips not going with a hotel. Perfect location near shops, markets, food and bus stops. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and apartment

This is the third time friends and I have enjoyed this apartment. It is spacious for Paris apartments. The beds are comfortable and the location can't be better. Just minutes to walk to the Metro and the rue Cler area.Thank you Genevieve!

Excellent Location

The apartment is in my favorite area. The Tour Eiffel is a sight you see every day from the neighborhood. Boulangeries, grocery stores and very close as well as food restaurants.

Great stay for Family w/ 3 teenagers

This apartment worked great for our 1 week stay in Paris with our 3 boys between ages 12-16. Two bathrooms, one shower. Close to a less busy metro station.to.get around the city. An amazing bakery just around the corner was our choice for daily breakfast pastries. It was great!

Perfect for first time Paris visitors!

Our family of four had an amazing stay here during our kids first ever trip to Paris. Having Rue Cler near by was very fun and with tons of delicious restaurants steps outside our door we stayed well fed and happy. Our kids loved being able to see the Eiffel tower every day too! The flat is spacious and well appointed in a safe neighborhood that is central to everything we wanted to do. Thank you so much for everything!

This apartment was so great. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Spacious for 4 people. Great location to surrounding areas! Metro also nearby. The hosts were so kind! I would stay here again, would recommend.

Our stay here was wonderful. Plenty of space for our family of four to relax and spread out after long days walking the city. The owner met us at check in and made us feel right at home. She also provided good information on things to do. We travel with sound machines. That was nice because the garbage trucks are bit loud. Highly recommend for families.

Excellent Property & Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies. We were able to get into the flat as soon as we arrived in Paris and received a warm welcome from Geneviève. The neighborhood felt very safe and was family oriented. We were surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and just minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and several Metro stops. I highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect location and space

Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Went through each appliance and demonstrated how to use. Very accommodating and allowed us to have late checkout due to a later flight. Would definitely stay again with our family of 5 due proximity to metro and other sites.

Couldn't be better

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, well maintained and in a lovely area of Paris. We walked everywhere from this this apartment and only occasionally used the metro, which was close. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby and a Starbucks which was helpful for getting a large (or extra large) coffee. Thank you to our host, Genevieve, for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful neighborhood

Girl's trip to Paris and we had an amazing time. Genevieve was communicative leading up to our check-in and was there to meet us when we arrived a few hours early. Her place has everything you need for amenities and spacious for the quaint neighborhood it is in. Everything is within walking distance and the view of the Eiffel Tower just around the corner amazed us every day! I highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time.

Great Location and Apartment

This was a return stay in this apartment. Genevieve was there to meet us and helped me with my suitcase. The apartment is spotless and I would stay there again on a return trip. I love the area and being in an apartment rather than a hotel makes a BIG difference. You have more room, can make your own coffee and shop for goodies at the boulangerie like a native!

Perfect location to walk and see Paris

We loved being in this neighborhood with so many local shops and restaurants to choose from. Cute grocery stores nearby helped us stock the kitchen too. We easily walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine and more. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was quiet at night for sleeping too. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our questions about the area. We had no issues at all with the house. Would definitely stay again.

Our favorite Paris apartment after 40 years now traveling there.

This apartment is PERFECT. Spacious by Paris standards. The location is close to everything!! Three grocery stores within minutes. Walk 50’ to the corner and there is the Eiffel Tower. Bus and Metro connections are handy. As I said in the title, we have found our perfect apartment in the perfect location!!

Ideal Location

We loved this comfortable, newly renovated apartment in a charming old building on a quiet street in the 7th. Just around the corner were a patisserie, pharmacy, grocery store, metro stop, the Eiffel Tower, the Seine and our favorite neighborhood bistro, Bar du Central. Genevieve was friendly, helpful and always available. We have already recommended this apartment to our friends and would be most happy to stay there again.

Wish we could have stayed more!

Family of four, two working remotely parents and two kids (7 and 9). Perfect location, quiet street but close to major attractions (Eiffel tower), neighborhood spots (Rue Cler), and metro stations. Property itself was clean, had fast internet, and was very secure. Kitchen was stocked, and all appliances worked as planned. Hosts were great! Met us in person for check-in and was very responsive to the questions we had. Only complaint is our stay was too short. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Week in Paris with my daughter

Our trip was fabulous and the apartment was perfect. The location is very nice and safe. A good location fiber ladies to travel. My daughter ventured out in the evenings,albeit the sun did not set until very late, and she felt very safe. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on the listing was the listing indicated 2 bathrooms but indeed there was one full bathroom and one toilet. So we shared the sink and shower. Otherwise the apartment was lovely and we would stay there again.

Genevieve was a great hostess. She replied quickly to all questions and made our arrival smooth and pleasant. The location is excellent; a great neighborhood close to Rue Cler where there are markets and many take out eating options. Highly recommend the restaurant right across the street at number 7. The flat is sparse but does have all that is needed and the beds are comfortable.

Wonderful location

A short walk to the Eiffel tower and close to several restaurants. Comfortable and clean place. Hosts were great to communicate with. We had a great time staying at this property with our boys for six days.

Everything you need + great location

This was my family’s 6th trip to Paris and I can honestly say this was our favorite rental. Building was very secure, the hosts were great communicators, all the amenities needed (large fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, washer dryer, induction stove top and range). You’re equidistant between Eiffel and Invalides and couple blocks from the Seine as well as across the river from the Champs.
