Worst place ever!
The place was filthy and disgusting! Had to clean it that night when we arrived. Had to wash the sheets before going to bed, because they had hair and were dirty. Dead bugs and ROACHES ! Everywhere! Had to go buy cleaning supplies, and insect spray and we spent more than a $100.00. Had to use only one bed because the second bedroom bed frame was broken. The furnace filter was vey dirty and we ask for them to replace it, and they wanted us to go buy one. Also the vacuum cleaner had a terrible smell when you turned it on. The filter on it was filthy and smelly. We ended up getting sick because of the condition the furnace filter was in. When we sent messages or called it took days for them to answer. We contacted VRBO and they really didn’t help us to resolve the problem. We are disappointed in them. Oh by the way we just received a phone call from the host and asking us if we left the key to their property, evidently they don’t read their email or messages. I personally would not recommend them at all. Very unprofessional, they only want the money!
