Branson Oasis (entire home)

NEW CONSTRUCTION - coveted Branson Cove. The most ideal Branson vacation destination location available. Closest lake front property to world renowned big cedar golf courses, including Tiger Woods’ only publicly available course in the US, Payne's Valley. Minutes from "Branson Landing", Silver Dollar City, 200 yards away from the entrance to the State Park Marina. Within 15 minutes of every major Branson amenity or destination and lake views!

5 bedroom suites, all with their own full bathroom. Kings in four of the rooms and a bunk room with a queen and 3 XL twins. Top bunks are not suitable for very young kids. Daybed with trundle in one of the king rooms. Main living with large sectional and beautiful gas fireplace. Upstairs living has wet bar, pull out couch with memory foam mattress, and walks out to lake view upper deck. All new construction, large smart TVs in every room and Branson Cove amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, park and trail to water.

Indoor pool for all year round swimming option. Playground, pickle ball courts and fireside common space will all be fully constructed by 2023

Home will be handicap accessible with front door on the same grade as the street. Bedroom 2 on main floor has wider doors and and walk in shower with rails.

We include a few box fans at the house and recommend a sound machine for small children.

We stayed with 5 toddlers/babies and their parents and had a lovely time. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts all just right out a front or back door. House was large enough to comfortably gather or hide out in our own secluded areas. Kyle our host was fully responsive and the check out rules were not complicated or unreasonably long either. Thanks for the great stay Kyle!

The house was absolutely amazing! We had 4 families staying and there was room for eveybody to stretch out and have space. We could walk out our back door to the indoor poor and the outdoor pool was just a couple houses down from our front door! 10 out of 10 would recommend this house to anybody with a large group, plenty of space for everybody. He had extras luke beach towels and goggles, corn hole, pickle ball rackets and so forth to keep the kids occupied. We have stayed in Branson Cove several times and love the are but this house by far was the best one so far and we will be back!

Finding this listing was very easy on website. Kyle’s information, directions and explanation of everything beforehand made booking, reserving and stay pretty awesome. Knew that place like we had been there before. Great location for eating, marinas and events yet private and quiet. Access to two pools was out from and rear doors. Clean and easy departure instructions. Would recommend for family groups due to great size and private bathrooms for 5.

The house was exactly what we needed to accommodate traveling with so many people and 2 of them needed handicap accessible amenities! Kyle was great to respond quickly anytime I messaged him with questions! We hope to stay there again next year!

Beautiful cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to the lake and the landing in Branson. The home was beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space. Kyle was great to work with and we can’t wait to come back again.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Two nice pools, close to State Park Marina and great lake access. House kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Kyle was great. Would definitely stay here again!

We had been looking for years for a rental property that was lake front and near all of Branson's amenities. This location does that and the community will have wonderful on site amenities in a nightly rental community. Indoor and outdoor pools (completion Winter '22 for indoor, Spring '21 for outdoor), splash pad (completion date TBD) and a lakeside park (completion date TBD) are all part of the community property.

We encourage all renters, long and short stay, young and old, family or solo travelers, to feel at home in our home.
