Charming 60 m² apartment rented for the holidays, ideally located 250m from the pedestrian streets and all conveniences. You will be able to enjoy Mimizan beach and the many activities in and around Mimizan.

You will be able to walk in the Landes forest, discover SPAIN and the BASQUE COUNTRY, many activities await you!

Apartment for 2/4 people comprising a living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a mezzanine with two 90/190 beds, a shower room with WC.
The accommodation has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Mimizan current, ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal with family or friends!

Numbered parking space in the residence.


BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
(Please take the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towel, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)

To be paid on arrival: tourist tax (from 0.83€ to 4.40€ depending on classification/night/person)

Calme et bien situé

Bien équipé mais quelques ajustements sont à faire (parasol et étendoir hors d’état, matériel de cuisine à revoir, infos transmises à l’agence pour le bien du propriétaire). Appartement spacieux, très bien placé et très calme avec une vue magnifique sur le courant. Nous avons profité de la terrasse matin et soir (midi au soleil impossible avec la chaleur et sans store ou parasol). Proche de la plage et des commerces, tout se fait à pieds c’est parfait. Je recommande ce bien et nous y reviendrons certainement !
