perfect location + perfect hosts!!!

we 4 (family with 2 kids in the age of 13 and 14) enjoyed this perfect place very much and we can recommend this place 100% - everything was perfect! Silvie & David are perfect hosts - extremley friendly and very helpful!

Peace and relaxation on the beach

Excellent facilities and very well equipped house. Very clean and some impressive outdoor furniture including a lovely hammock which was much appreciated. Although the property is on the dunes overlooking the beach with fabulous views there is no direct access to the beach - but a hundred metres in either direction will bring you to the large and very clean beach. We were fortunate to have no neighbours for our fortnight stay - but if the adjoining properties were occupied there could be some lack of privacy. Although not advertised at the time of booking it was a pleasant surprise to find there is access to free Wi-Fi. The owners could not be more helpful - they have furnished the property to a high standard which made our stay so pleasant and relaxing. Many thanks.

Traumhaftes Haus mit zwei Terrassen- beide mit Meerblick. Sonnenuntergang wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Sehr gut ausgestattet- auch die Küche.Am Strand und trotzdem fußläufig zu Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Innenstadt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Unsre Kids haben den Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaker geliebt. Sehr unkomplizierte, nette Vermieter.Wir kommen wieder.

Warmherziger Empfang von Sylvie und David, umwerfende Aussicht, super ausgestattete Unterkunft, alles war perfekt geputzt, einwandfreies WLAN, optimale Lage zum Strand und auch zum Ort, ruhig trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum, Parkplatz am Haus - alles tipptopp!

Atlantik pur!

Die Traumwohnung ganz nah am Strand lässt keine Wünsche offen! Vom Spültab bis zum Surfbrett -wirklich alles ist vorhanden. Liebevoll dekorierte und klug durchdachte Einrichtung! Die beiden Terrassen haben wir sehr genossen. Der Empfang von den sehr netten Vermietern (mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten!) war unglaublich herzlich, von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Ankunft zuhause wurden wir bestens betreut! Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig und doch alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Sylvie und David für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Direkter am Strand geht nicht !

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern auf kleinem Raum, alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Mehrere Aussenflächen inkl. Sitzmöbel nutzbar, Blick auf Meer und Strand. Ein wenig abseits des lebhaften Mimizan-Plage, so dass man zu der Lebendigleit des Ortes auch seine Ruhe geniessen kann. Gute Betreuung durch die Housekeeper. Tolle Strände und Radwege dorthin in der Nähe. Das Hsus ist durchweg zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un logement charmant avec une vue imprenable sur l’ocean

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par David, gentillesse et cadeau de bienvenue. Le logement est bien agencé et très propres. Les equipements sont nombreux et de qualite. Très bien placé à 5 mn à pied du centre tout en étant tranquille. Nous avons pu profiter à pied et en vélo des alentours. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Sehr schöne Herbstferien

Wir haben in dieser kleinen tollen Wohnung sehr schöne Ferien verbracht und würden sofort wieder dorthin gehen. Wir hatten tolle Wellen, gut zum surfen erlernen. Zu beachten ist, dass Ende September die meisten Läden in Mimizan-Plage schliessen.

Traumurlaub

Ja, genau so stellten wir uns unseren Traumurlaub vor: das Meer direkt vor der Tür, man kann es vom Haus aus sehen, man hört das Wellen rauschen. Das Haus war piccobello sauber, die Matratzen sehr gut, die Einrichtung perfekt. Die beiden Gastgeber David und Sylvie waren so sehr charmant und liebevoll, sehr bemüht, dass wir uns in ihrem Haus wohl fühlen. Wir bekamen zur Begrüssung sogar selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Gemüse aus ihrem eigenen Garten. Ich wünsche den beiden alles Gute und für alle hier einen auch so tollen Urlaub. A. Volz

Mimizan-Plage, Reihenhaus auf der Düne

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang durch die Vermieter mit Gastgeschenk. Es ist sehr sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die zwei Terrassen bewähren sich für jede Wetterlage. Wir hatten einen entspannten und wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort.
