Beware of demands for extra money. Owner says electricity, gas and wifi are additional charges to be paid in cash. The listing should be changed if he wants to exclude these items.Master bedroom is in the converted garage and was very hot, with a window that has no shutter and has sun all day.

it is perfectly normal to be obliged to pay the excess electricity consomption, especially since for 2 people you used both air conditioners. This is stated on my Abritel advert. I am not going to cover your consumption, but now you are complaining, whereas i offered you the 80,- extra to compensate for your 4 days of outdoor swimming. The garage has been transformed into a beautiful studio, all the tenants so far have found it charming, and it is also equiped with air conditioning, so your remark is unfounded.

Ideal Place for a Relaxing Stay

The property really was perfect for what we wanted. The communication with the owner and property manager was great and they answered all our questions. The Villa was fully equipped and very secure for our two small dogs. The pool was excellent and the outdoor kitchen and shaded seating area were first class. The outdoor kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t cook inside once during our stay. The air con inside worked perfectly and meant we were able to sleep brilliantly as it kept us lovely and cool.It’s a few miles from the nearest supermarket so you need to bear that in mind. We have two small dogs and there are lots of dogs in the locality so it could be a bit of a bark fest at times whenever one started the others off. The indoor kitchen is a little cluttered so available space was at a premium and the bed was very creaky too. Very comfortable but noisy when we turned over!All in all, we had a great stay. Perfect place to unwind and relax.

Hola. Estuvimos una semana. La estancia, en general, y gracias a la piscina, bien pero con matices.Cuando llegamos y al hacer una revisión de la casa, (y así se lo comunicamos a la persona que nos entregó las llaves y al propietario con fotos), la casa estaba SIN LIMPIAR.Ahora, indicar varios errores y deficiencias que hay en la descripción de la casa:Las fotos se debieron hacer hace muchos años pues no reflejan el estado actual, muebles y enseres viejos y deteriorados a excepción de la habitación anexa que se ve que es nuevaEl aire acondicionado solo se encuentra en el salón y la habitación anexaLa instalación eléctrica, cada poco se saltabaInforma de aparcamiento en las instalaciones y es en el exterior No hay proceso de check-in ni check-out (solo entrega de llaves)

Bonjour Monsieur Gomez, je suis désolé de l´état de la maison, j´ai pris une nouvelle femme de ménage depuis vos messages, elle s´occupe beaucoup plus de la remise en état, je suis d´accord que beaucoup de meubles sont anciens mais ne sont pas cassés, le canapé, le grand lit dans la maison et le studio lui est neuf, alors je trouve un peu exagéré vos remarques. J´ai repeins la maison et nous avons ajouté une cuisine exterieure, cela sont des plus par rapport aux photos d´origines. Je vous souhaites une bonne fin de journée. Cordialement Alexandre

A notre arrivée le logement n’été pas propre. Terrasse très poussiéreuse, mégots de cigarette autour de la piscine et sur la table du jardin. L'évier de la salle de bain et de la cuisine été boucher.Gros problèmes d'électricité, difficile d'allumer plusieurs équipements en meme temps. De ce fait nous avons utilisé qu’une seul partie du logement. L'utilisation du studio est impossible.Le propriétaire a un panneau solaire, qui a priori de fonctionne pas bien et a la fin de la location il demande un supplément d'électricité. Jamais fait une location comme celle-ci, a éviter. Dommage parce que la région est bien.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.L'hôte est très à l'écoute, de plus une personne sur place s'occupe de vous remettre les clés de de vous faire visiter la maison. L'endroit est parfait pour déconnecter.Il ne manque rien dans la maison tout est ok pour passer un bon moment en famille ou entre amies. La maison est situé dans un endroit calme, je recommande...
