Plan your getaway in the snow at this lovely condo located just up the hill from the town village and ski lifts! Brian Head is a gorgeous location to visit all year round. In the summer, it's the perfect mountain escape from the city summer heat. The town of Brian Head offers many activities and entertainment all summer long: https://www.brianhead.com/events/

This cozy condo offers all the comforts of home including a living room with a smart Smart T.V, Blue Ray-Player, Wi-Fi, gas fireplace and of course a comfy couch, a kitchen with all the essentials and a bedroom with a brand new King size bed and a dresser for your convenience. Lots of storage space in the 2 closets.

Near Cedar Breaks, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Navajo Lake, Panguitch Lake and tons of hiking trails & mountain biking in the summer.

I appreciated that the unit was exceptionally clean and well organized with comfortable furnishings. A little throw blanket on the sofa would be nice for chilly nights and mornings. Also, maybe a broom to sweep away leaves that collect in the entryway. I was impressed with the quietness and solitude as I watched a deer walk through the trees just outside my window. I'm assuming some work will be done to replace worn planks on the decks all around the exterior of the building- access may be a little tricky for older, unsteady individuals. Overall, a wonderful 2-night stay!

Great stay for late season ski trip

The condo was exactly as described, super clean, and in a great location. Definitely lucky that we were able to find such a cute place on such short notice!

Great Location

Perfect place for a couple; in a great location with lots of hiking & beautiful scenery. We wanted to escape the heat in St George - and had a wonderful time exploring the area, Navajo Lake, and Cedar Breaks! Great summer get away.

The location is in Brian Head, an awesome ski resort. The condo was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely 5 stars!

I don't think this should be advertised as a ski-in, ski-out stay. It was a 5 minute drive to the base of the mountain, and I saw no way to access a lift from my room. The property was clean and easy to access, however I paid for the ski-in, ski-out access and I am disappointed.

We do not advertise as ski in/ski out. You also did not pay a premium for this so I'm confused by your review. We're disappointed you did not communicate this to give us a chance to clear up your misunderstanding.

Cozy spot

Very clean and well equipped. We were cozy with the extra blankets provided and the heater in the bedroom. The fireplace is nice and the kitchen had all we needed-including great coffee!

Great weekend getaway for 2

Overall a great place! We would consider staying here again. Everything we needed to make meals with the food we brought with us. Comfortable and cozy.(Side note: a soft or memory foam mattress topper would help the bed comfort)
