Modern unique roomy corner unit with multiple windows. 2 sided wrap around deck. Watch the deer and birds . Cozy fireplace. Kitchen with all the cooking amenities including a dishwasher and coffee maker. Relax at the clubhouse with game rooms, sauna, pool and hot tub. Navajo ski lift across the street. Apple Annie’s general store and Polaris rentals next door. Best location in Brian Head. Welcome to BH!

Unique Corner Studio with extra windows.
KING bed. 75” TV.
Bunk bed is located away from the main living area with privacy curtain. PLEASE NOTE: 100 lb limit on top bunk.
All newer appliances and LPV flooring. Laundry is coin op located in the clubhouse.
GUEST ACCESS
Heated underground parking. Take the stairs inside directly to the unit on the 2nd floor. Easy entry with code.
Other things to note-
No pets unless pre approved. Contact me before booking. No smoking inside the condo. No loud parties. Be respectful of the other tenants. There is no cable but the tv has apps like Netflix etc.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean out the fireplace of any cold ashes, place them in the fire bucket and empty it in the dumpster downstairs. Make sure there are no hot ashes. add some water and mix thoroughly prior to disposal.
Put clean dishes up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Brian head gives you the best of every season. From the greatest snow on earth to the greens of summer. Hiking, biking, skiing, sight seeing, there is something for everyone and bonus! 3 National parks so close.

Corner unit is bright with great view of the forest from the deck. Many close restaurants and amenities. So peaceful!
