We had a great stay at this beach house. It was really roomy with plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and relax. The extra kitchen and fridge downstairs were made things convenient, especially with a larger group. Overall, a great setup for a family stay and we’d definitely come back.

Perfect for a Large Group/Family

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view! We saw dolphins daily and loved the quiet/private beach feel.

Beach Retreat

Beautiful home with nice floor plan. 11 of us including my 4 grandchildren stayed here quite comfortably. The beach was lovely and very quiet.

Ocean front with the family

You can’t get a better view of ocean and dolphins! The privacy and location are amazing. This is our family’s second stay. The layout of the home from a large family is great

Spring Break with Family and Friends

We enjoyed the property very much. It was beautiful. The house was clean and provided plenty of room for our family and friends. The property mangers were professional and efficient. We all highly recommend this property.

A Perfect Home Base for Week at St Teresa

We stayed at Olson's Oasis for a week with 5 adults and 4 kids with an age range of 7 to 78. The house is very well equipped and has plenty of room for a couple of families. The location on the widest part of St Teresa Beach was perfect for our crew. The kids particularly loved the ping pong porch on the ground floor while the adults loved the peace porch upstairs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful Home and Location

This was such a perfect getaway. Kids played ping-pong, football, made sandcastles, combed the beach. Lots of space for our family of 5. They had everything we needed for the beach and the kitchen was well stocked. The views from the balcony are amazing and hearing the ocean it night was really relaxing. My husband works in Tallahassee a few days a week so he was able to be with us after work, its only an hour from Tallahassee. We'll definitely be back again!

50th Wedding Anniversary

An absolutely perfect accommodation for our family party of eight adults and two children. Four adult couples each had their own room and bath; children had their own room with bunk beds. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Homy without clutter. Right on. the beach. We could not have asked for more..

GREAT HOME FOR LARGE FAMILY

VERY NICE HOME AND A AWESOME VIEW. THE HOME NEEDS A FEW UPDATES. WE DID HAVE AN ANT PROBLEM ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER BUT WE SPRAYED AND IT WAS OK. THE WATER IS ON WELL AND DOES HAVE AN IRON PROBLEM IN THE WATER. OVER ALL OUR STAY WAS GREAT

Amazing place

This place is just what I was looking for. Very quiet, clean and peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle this is where you need to be. Check in was easy. I loved that it was a remote place. You’d never think that the ocean was that close to a wooded area in Florida. I live in East Tennessee and we encounter bears. I never thought I’d see a bear in the panhandle but we did..lol. House is in great shape. It does need some electrical work on some light switches but I’d rent it again in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach vacation!

We live in Colorado but wanted to spend time with our family from Alabama. This beautiful and spacious beach home in Florida was the perfect way to wind down, relax and reconnect with family. There were 11 of us and plenty of room to spare in this home! Each family could spread out on the separate floors and congregate on the decks in the evenings for ping pong or to just sit and watch the beautiful ocean for hours. The tides were higher in the mornings and perfect for swimming as you could still walk very far out into the ocean and it not be too deep. In the evenings the tide went out and the kids collected hermit crabs and sea shells. We saw lots of sea creatures such as starfish and horseshoe crabs. There was a pier close by that was perfect for fishing. My husband and son loved their day at the nearby golf course as well. The home is very well stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was so nice to have the beach to ourselves and the few locals with homes nearby; and we didn't have all of the tourist trappings of too many people or loud music. Since it was the week of July 4th, we also enjoyed beautiful fireworks displays at night. This is a fabulous home if you want to simply get away and relax. I would recommend it to everyone!

Beutiful views in a very comfy home

The sunrises, porpoises, and beach combine to draw you out on the spacious decks of the home in the cooler winter air. The immense home doesn't require you to get chilly, however, as there are ample windows from which to admire the view. We stayed in December, and as such it was cooler. The home and location are great and do not disappoint! There is ample room for family and friends. We based our FSU graduation weekend out of the home and were very comfortable with 10 people. Each room had comfy beds. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare breakfast before our days exploring and attending graduation. The only small drawback was that we arrived at the home around 10:30 after a long drive. There are no numbers on the home itself and we were a little concerned about approaching in the dark because it is truly tucked away off the road. We got the courage up to open the lock box and were in the home at no time. We were pleased from that moment forward. I highly recommend this property for larger groups!

st teresa house

The house is a very nice house with beautiful views of a quiet secluded beach. It is very spacious and the floor plan is great for a large group. We were indecisive about the dates at the last minute and the management was very patient and helpful. The bathroom fixtures desperately need replacing. I think they had been cleaned but impossible to look clean because of the terrible water stains. The washer was out of order and really all the appliances need replacing. The kitchen was large and very pretty . It did have some new utensils and cookware in it but you had to sort through a lot of old that should have been thrown away. Wonderful screen porch but part of the screen out. Some of the mattresses need replacing .The house is much too nice not to update and keep up.

Beautiful beachfront property

This property is located on a serene portion of the beach. It was very relaxing. We stayed here for FSU parents weekend to avoid the hustle and bustle of the hotels near Tallahassee. We had a great time.

Quiet beach retreat

The property is on a nice, quiet stretch of beach and is perfect for a place to wind down and relax. Fishing from the pier provided for an excellent catch nearly every day and there's plenty of places to eat within 15-20 minutes drive. I would certainly stay here again!

Very relaxing stay
