Located within a short drive of Sand Hollow Reservoir and sand dunes, adventure is never out of reach! Enjoy a day in the sun as you explore the red rocks and cool water, or play in the beautifully formed sand dunes at Sand Hollow. As the sun sets, come home to your own private oasis, complete with a private pool and hot tub in the sanctuary of your own backyard! With all brand new smart TVs and a fire pit outside, you will never run out of night-time activities!

This modern 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 10 people comfortably, The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, as well as a smart TV with cable access provided for your use! The master ensuite bathroom hosts a large jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The additional downstairs bedroom features a King bed as well as a brand new smart TV. Upstairs, a King suite hosts another smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom. To the right, you'll find the bunk room, the bunk room hosts 1 twin bunk, and 1 twin-over-full bunk as well as a smart TV and 2 twin murphy beds. In the loft there is another smart TV as well as access to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool. With new appliances, remote controlled blinds, a private pool and more, this vacation home is sure to be a new favorite destination for years to come!

Such a great rental. We enjoyed the pool all week and the house was clean and well stocked. We loved the 2nd fridge in the garage, it's St. George in the summer you need a fridge just for beverages! We also loved all the seating in the dining area. We had a problem with the fridge while we were there, we had great communication and service from Red Sands and the problem was promptly taken care, so shout out to the team members who helped with that. We will be renting this home again. Thanks.

Fix the primary shower head

Second year staying in this house. Told them about how bad the master shower head was after the first stay and I would only come back if they fixed it. Same horrible shower this year and no response when I text them about it. That's it for me and that house

Amazing place

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Immaculate with great amenities, we really enjoyed our stay here. It made the perfect base for our golf trip. Would definitely recommend.

Clean. Nice pool, great layout.

We really enjoyed this property. Close enough to st george with a great pool and patio area to have plenty of fun and food. Good layout for a dozen or so people.

Perfect vacation home!

We loved this house! It came with everything we needed for a great weekend with the family. Plenty of room to spread out and very clean. The pool and hot tub is where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay here again!
