Rental only in the 24/25 winter season<br>Do not hesitate to ask for information and prices.<br><br>The chalet, the construction of a childhood dream come true!<br><br>The story begins in 2020, during the Covid pandemic when I decided to build my chalet with the help of my dad, who drew all the plans.<br><br>The construction will last 1 year and a half.<br><br>In total, 93 trees were felled, cut up, pruned 10km from the chalet and assembled by us.<br><br>My childhood dream has come true, "to have my own cottage built with my hands"!<br><br>Today, it is a pleasure to be able to accommodate different people and offer a stay in a unique and quiet place.<br><br>The accommodation:<br>A bright, sober chalet, with large bay windows overlooking a panoramic view, where you can contemplate the Aiguille du Midi, the Aiguille Verte and Mont Blanc which sometimes drops its white dress for a rose, at sunset.<br><br>The main living space is composed of a living room fitted with a wood stove, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, with a large table that can accommodate 10 people. This living room will allow you to gather around a good meal, to share special moments with family and friends.<br><br>The chalet consists of four spacious bedrooms, one of which is for children, three bathrooms and two toilets.<br><br>You can enjoy the terrace to eat, the sunbeds and the jacuzzi to relax. <br><br>The terrace that surrounds the chalet will allow you to observe the hot air balloons in the distance in the morning and the different species of birds or birds of prey in the region.<br><br><br>Passenger access:<br>Although this apartment is in a detached chalet, the location of the rental is on a separate level and has own access through a main door to make the stay very private.<br><br>The lower part of the chalet is not accessible to travellers.<br><br>Activities within 5 minutes walk:<br>The town centre of Combloux and the following activities are within walking distance: <br><br>- Lake, natural biotope <br>- Bike/e-mountain bike rental <br>- Hiking Trails<br>- Restaurants and bars

Second stay for us in the wondeful chalet, very close to the city center and with amazing views.Our host Arthur was very kind and very available, always eager to make sure all was fine for us.An extremely nice location and place to stay!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours extraordinaires au chalet d'Arthur. Celui-ci est très accueillant , disponible et très facilement joignable en cas de besoin . L'espace intérieur y est très vaste et tout est super mignon . Literie parfaite . Mention spéciale à la vue sur le Mont Blanc qui est visible pratiquement partout des fenêtres du chalet, y compris du spa extérieur ! Le chalet jouit d'un emplacement idéal (centre de Combloux à 5 mn à pieds , plan d'eau + loisirs à 5 min également) Bref nous reviendrons très certainement !

Magnifique chalet et superbe vue

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. Le chalet est magnifique, moderne et confortable, de grandes ouvertures qui offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont Blanc et les montagnes voisines. Arthur, le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l’écoute de nos besoins. De très belles randonnées à proximité du chalet et le village est accessible à 5 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Rapport Qualité / Prix pas à la hauteur

Ce n’est pas le chalet entier qui est loué mais l’appartement au-dessus de chez le propriétaire. Actuellement les alentours du chalet sont en travaux ( construction d autre chalet à proximité) Il manque plein de chose pour arriver à la hauteur du prix : parasol, grille-pain, panier à linge, jouets pour les enfants, entretien et traitement du jacuzzi , les ustensiles dans la cuisine ( bol, mugs, accessoires pour faire à manger etc…) Malgré cela le propriétaire est sympathique (vu 1 fois durant la semaine)

Bonjour Caroline, Tout d'abord, je vous remercie d'être venue séjourner au sein du chalet et d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire . Je prête une grande attention à l'expérience client. Vous avez fait état dans votre avis de la présence de travaux aux alentours. Ces derniers ne perturbent pas le confort et le séjour dans le chalet. Vous ne mentionnez d'ailleurs, aucunes nuisances sonores. Par ailleurs, j'attire votre attention sur le fait que, lors de chaque réservation, l'ensemble des équipements disponibles sont mentionnés dans la description du chalet. Je suis désolé que la vaisselle ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisines mis à disposition, n'étaient pas suffisants pour vous permettre de cuisiner dans de bonnes conditions. Je prends note de l'ensemble de vos remarques pour les prochaines réservations afin d'améliorer l'expérience du séjour. En ce qui concerne le jacuzzi: l'entretien et le traitement a été fait avant votre arrivée. La canicule durant votre séjour, la température du jacuzzi de 38 C°, les crèmes corporelles et la fréquence d'utilisation peuvent modifier le niveau de pH et rompre l'équilibre de l'eau. Comme précisé au début de votre séjour, je restais disponible pour répondre à vos besoins ou interrogations. Un simple signalement sur la qualité de l'eau, m'aurait permis de résoudre le problème rapidement. Malgré ces remarques, j'espère que vous avez passé d'agréables vacances en Haute-Savoie.
