Hi Ashley, I would like to give you a quick update to our recent improvements. We have hired a new cleaning crew team, and our space is now spotless clean and our guests are enjoying the space so much that made us a super host. On top, we also did tones of improvements such as adding new patio furniture, changing the linens and amenities. We welcome you come back again soon. Thank you!

As for the washer and dryer, they are located in the main house and are available for use upon request. Also, we hope the beach chairs and umbrella came in handy for your beach time! Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Jolene. We're truly sorry to hear that the outside deck and other amenities didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been but we have made sure that all our photos and the actual place is just the same. We also apologize for the issues with communication and the missing items like trash bags and robes. We already had a serious talk with our housekeeper and took immediate action about it. We're sorry that you had to deal with ants and wet wine glasses upon arrival. This is not the standard we strive for, and we have monthly visit from the pests control and called them right after.
