Pretty amazing home awesome location

Place was absolutely amazing fishing from the dock, quiet neighborhood close to great food and cocktails, just all around a great place to spend some time!

Beautiful home

This home was very beautiful and comfortable feeling. It had everything we needed and more! The pool and hot tub were awesome. There were pool floats for the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has all the amenities you can think of. Kitchen is stocked! Fishing poles,beach stuff, bikes. Pool and Spa heat are amazing. There is not a bad thing I can say about the property. We just left and we're ready to go back! Smooth check in and check out process. Harborview always takes care of us!! Thank you Steve and Bonnie for all of your help!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our college graduation getaway gift for my son and his friends. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. All of the beds were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with so many items like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The cabinets were full of spices, sugar, etc. and all of the things you need to cook with. There were two bikes, two kayaks, and some fishing gear available for us to use. We caught a lot of fish from he dock. There were also six beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a beach buggy as well. The pool was great and so refreshing after a day at the beach. There were also floats for the pool. This was our second time renting with Harborview Rentals and they were great to deal with. We had a few questions for the rental agency and they were quick to respond. Overall We had a great time. Marco Island is our favorite place to vacation and I would 100% rent this house again!

Great House with the perfect set up

Great open concept and beautiful views with all the patio doors. Large dining room patio door opens three wide to the pool. Screened in lanai allows you to turn the air off and enjoy the breeze coming off the canal. Kitchen stocked with everything you will need. It is about a 25-30 minute walk to the public beach access which is near the JW. Beautiful sunsets you can see when sitting on the dock in the evening.

Great place on the canal!

I’ll start out by saying that we have a property of similar value that we rent on VRBO. (It’s on Lake Morey in VT.) We have almost 50 reviews and a 5.0 rating, so we have high standards and a very close comparison to use here. My wife and I stayed here with our 12 and 14 year old sons for the week of Thanksgiving. The house really couldn’t have been better. Everything was very clean when we walked in. Everything is very well thought out and organized; everything feels like it’s where it should be. It was very obvious throughout our stay that the owners put a lot of time and thought into setting this house up perfectly for VRBO guests. The kitchen was very well stocked and had every cooking dish, utensil, etc. that we could have asked for. We always make it a point to leave our VRBO house well stocked with all of the basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish washer and laundry soap; kitchen items like bags, foil, coffee filters, etc. This house had all of those things and then some; it doesn’t cost much to provide those items but it really adds a ton of convenience factor for guests. We had an extra bedroom that we never used, so we could have very comfortably had 6 people here. The house is right on the canal and is conveniently located close to everything, while also being on a quiet, low traffic street. The pool and hot tub were a great size and fit for us, and the outdoor cooking and dining area was perfect. The grill was clean and ready to use; I hate it when I stay at a VRBO and the grill looks like it hasn’t been cleaned out for two years. Nobody minds scraping down the cooking surface but the rest should be kept relatively clean; this grill was great. There is a tablet on the counter that the property management company leaves that has info on it and such. The one improvement I would suggest would be to make the WiFi instructions available. The tablet has a section for that but it wasn’t filled in; I was never able to figure out how to connect to the WiFi the whole time I was there. At our VRBO we put this info in the guest info binder, and my wife has a cute little thing that sticks to the refrigerator that also shows the WiFi instructions. I really can’t think of one single improvement other than that. To anyone considering renting soon, don’t forget there was just a hurricane; people are working to get things fixed as quickly as possible and there will be some related noise. Be kind and understanding

There were multiple issues with the home, Harbor View addressed them immediately when we made them aware of the issue. I think Marco is still in recovery mode at this time. This house is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. It's centrally located to everything, beaches, restaurants, supermarket, great place to stay.

Great Vacation House!

We enjoyed every day in Marco Island, and loved the VRBO house we stayed at. With four older kids, it was nice for each of them to have their own bed to sleep in. The house was clean and in beautiful shape, and the pool and hot tub were great! Our only issue was that the sliding door on the kids' bathroom wouldn't shut for the last foot or so. I called at the beginning of our week and was told that a handyman would be out to fix it, but no one ever came. Overall, the house was AWESOME! We'd stay there again!

Beautiful home

This home is lovely and has everything you need to boat and go to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and layout with the kitchen overlooking the pool. There are nice indoor and outdoor dining areas and little seating nooks for people to relax. The dock is in very good shape and we enjoyed fishing from it. The beds are also comfortable and the showers have strong water pressure. We would love to return to this rental sometime.

There were a number of additional small items the house had that other rentals sometimes do not. We spent countless hours swimming and in the hot tub. We fished off the dock in the canal. We have stayed in many Marco homes and this is our Top rental recommendation!
