This ground-floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers unmatched convenience—no elevators or stairs. Step outside and you’re just moments from the sand.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, open living and dining area connected to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a new dishwasher. The condo also includes full-size, in-unit laundry, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

Please hang all wet towels when you vacate the condo. Please turn off the lights, close the blinds, and curtains. Set up the thermostat to 80°F.
When you enter the complex and the condo, shake off or rinse off the sand at the beach entrance. There is an outdoor shower/spout.
Lock all windows and doors, and leave the blue key inside the condo and the condo key in the lockbox. A lost key or parking permit is a $100 fee.

The Diplomat Condominium is in a quiet stretch of beach where you can enjoy peaceful mornings, beautiful sunrises, and even watch rocket launches from the shore, while still being just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

We also love the ground-level beach access, resort-style amenities, and walkable shoreline, which make it easy to enjoy the ocean without dealing with crowds, elevators, or long walks. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down, unwind, and experience Cocoa Beach the way locals do.
