Favorite Long Beach Condo

Our family stays at Long Beach Resort each year, this has been our favorite condo! The location was perfect, the condo was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything that we needed. I can’t think of any suggestions! The owner was kind and responsive if needed. Will definitely rebook this condo in the e future!

Relaxing Vacation

Long Beach is a beautiful and well kept gated resort!! We have stayed many times at Long Beach in different towers. Host Chad of this condo is very sweet and easy to talk too! There are a lot of rules with this condo that you can read after you arrive. Decorated lovely. I think we were attacked by sand fleas from the beach which has never happened to me before so that made my stay uncomfortable. Our Ocean trips are always a treat....Thanks for having us Chad we enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway

We love Long Beach Resort. We have stayed there several times and will be back. This particular unit was nice but while it was surface-clean it is in desperate need of a deep clean. The deco and furniture really needs updated. But it was comfortable and the view was great. Nice balcony.

Long Beach Resort

We had a terrific time at Chads condo. The location is great, beach is beautiful, very close to a Walmart for groceries. The condo itself was very nice, each BR has a door out to the very spacious balcony looking directly at the ocean. Chad was very quick in answering any questions and even replaced a non working coffee pot in an hour. Thanks Chad for a great VAC.

Very nice condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. We are in our 60’s so comfort is a big deal for us. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable and the balcony furniture was comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking but looked like there was plenty cooking stuff. Chad was great to deal with. We have no complaints at all. 😊

Perfect with beautiful view!

We had a wonderful stay! This is our second year staying at LBR and it has become our favorite resort. I love that the beach and pools are not overly crowded. Security guards are super friendly and helpful. The unit was very nice and bigger than I expected it to be. The views from the room are amazing! All rooms are large and you don’t feel crowded. I love the privacy from each bedroom. Chad was wonderful to communicate with and always replied back very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our forever Vacation Spot for the Gulf!

Really just amazing to find such a large, super clean, in the sand, fully family friendly/equipped condo for this price w/these views. Down the elevator and onto the chalky white sand or into one of the 3 amazing pools! Complimentary chairs w/umbrella are included too! Great linens and so much room for our whole family! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!

Once upon a dream...

The view from the huge windows and balconies were breathtaking, the perfection of dream quality. We watched the sun set and rise over the water which was absolutely stunning. It was double red flag due to the hurricane during our stay so we didn't swim the Gulf but we did walk the beach a few times, (which was super convenient to get to from our rooms), and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Cooking wasn't a priority as we enjoyed the local restaurants mostly. However, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and place settings had we wanted to. The wifi was excellant for connectivity when we needed to reach the outside world but mostly beach viewing was our prime entertainment. There were TVs in every room though had we chose to use them. The other very welcome features were the dishwasher, washer & dryer and full size fridge/freezer with ice maker. (My niece brings me her frozen homemade Southwestern tamales and I provide her with our local Connecuh sausage to take back home. It's super awesome to have a freezer large enough to contain it all until we depart our separate ways. ) Anyway, communication with the owner was great, the condo was awesome and our stay was outstanding. Can't wait until we get to do it again!

We had the most amazing time staying at this property! It was so easy to find parking, no crowding at the elevators, and the unit was absolutely amazing! Chad was so easy to get in touch with and was such a delight anytime we spoke. I will for sure be booking to stay in this unit again!

Very Enjoyable week

This condo is very nice and had everything we needed. The view was the best. Full ocean view from both bedrooms and main area. The property was nice. Both pools well maintained. Enjoyed the hot tub. Great shopping across the street. Close to activities and restaurants. Would love to go back!

Longbeach Resort

Our first trip ever to Panama City Beach, originally for our 14-year-old twin granddaughters to play in a travel basketball tournament, but tournament was cancelled at the last minute, so it turned into a beach trip instead. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, condo was excellent, very clean, plenty of space, great view of the Gulf, definitely would stay again. By coincidence, we were there during a Spring Break weekend, but this condo is located on a section of beach that doesn't allow alcohol on the beach and closes at 10 P.M., so we didn't have the craziness that goes with Spring Break, made for a wonderful experience for all of us. Lots of good restaurants near by. Panama City Beach had never been on our radar before, but staying here has completely changed our outlook, hope to be back.
