**Apartment Description**
Our apartment is located in a beautifully renovated historic building, formerly the headquarters of the Post Office. Ideally situated between Cais do Sodré and Chiado, it’s just steps from the iconic Time Out Market.
The apartment enjoys the privilege of being on the only floor with a balcony, accessible from the living room and both bedrooms.
Modern and comfortable, the apartment features:
- 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed, 160x200cm)
- 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2 people)
- Living room with a dining area and balcony access (shared with both bedrooms)
- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge/freezer, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and ironing facilities
- 1 Bathroom with provided bath towels
- Bedding linen also provided

- Parking: Parking is not included. However, an underground paid parking lot is available right in front of the building. Rates*:

Hi there! I’m Paula, originally from Cascais, and lived abroad most of my life: Africa, North America, France, but now proudly calling Lisbon my home. I started a Real Estate and Property Management business 10 years ago, and naturally quickly started managing short-term rentals in behalf of our clients.
