This wonderful and comfortable two bedroom apartment - recently modernized and carefully decorated in a cool atmosphere - it's located in a building with elevator in the historical region of Bica, where modern and picturesque coexist side by side in perfect harmony. The best restaurants and shops and traditional tascas, all together. You will be within walking distance to the best of Lisbon with everything you need to feel at home.
Not to mention the breathtaking view of the city!
In the apartment you will find:

You will find anything you can imagine, from the main tourist attractions, the best restaurants in town, to the coolest shops and services.
The apartment is right next to, but not in, the exciting nightlife areas of Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré (Pink Street).
Do not forget to visit the Miradouro de Santa Catarina, known as Adamastor, where you will have a breathtaking view of the Tagus and have an unforgettable afternoon at Noobai Café.

Great location!

Really nice property. Clean. Well equipped. And best of all, a super great location. Just make note that the HVAC units in each room are controlled by remotes (provided, but not called out in the rental instructions).

Apartment was easy for taxi to find and host met us at the property. Location is close to many good restaurants and across the street from a family grocery store for essential items. Time Out Market (about 4 blocks) has several casual restaurants to choose from. Great location!

An excellent stay in Lisbon

The check-in process was wonderful! We were very early due to a flight change and Tad met us and provided access which is greatly appreciated after our full day of travel. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to almost everything we wanted to see. Public transportation and taxis are available without any issues. When in Lisbon next, we hope to stay at this wonderful apartment again.

Great property

Property was just as described. What was extra nice was being greeted by Tadeu at the property to obtain keys and he told us about the property, etc; it was so nice to deal with someone as opposed to just getting a code to open the door. Personal touch is always nicer!

Very quaint, adorable condo in the heart of Lisbon

The host was very easy to communicate with, and the condo itself was very adorable, I only have two complaints, one of the bedrooms only has a double bed, not a queen and there is absolutely no parking and no access to drive a car within one to two blocks of the condo so you have to do a lot of walking with luggage uphill. Just keep that in mind when booking this condo, but it is within a block and a half of some really great shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy the city

The property was perfectly located for getting to know Lisbon. The manager was readily available and responsive. The property was clean and had most everything we needed. The kitchen could have had more place settings. There were just the two of us there and even for as little as we ate in, felt like we had to wash dishes often. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place with great light and views

The house was lovely and perfect for the 4 or us. Only issue was that we had difficulty getting close to the house, unless you were in a taxi, because of the barriers that block certain neighborhoods . Our rental car was useless in town. Walked to a great restaurant just up the street and we were a short taxi ride from everything. Lovely view!
