Above de Cala Torta, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property 30 ha with wildlife garden, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine, bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 20 km, sandy beach "Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana" 3 km pebble beach "Cala Estreta" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Object suitable for 6 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Children's swimming pool is 50 cm deep. Die Villa ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und auch sehr schön gelegen aber leider auch renovierungsbedürftig. Gebrauchsgegenstände sind teils defekt (Sonnenschirme, Matratzen (Federkern), Moskitonetze), Einrichtungsgegenstände sind veraltet (Küche, Bäder)

Herrliches Haus in der Stille. Nichts für Partygänger, aber für jeden, der abends die Sterne genießen will ohne Streulicht und Umgebungslärm. Schönes Haus mit allem nötigem Zubehör. Toller Pool. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus.

Villa cala torta na moli

What a lovely villa if somewhat slightly dated, but this only adds to the charm and character of the place. Absolutely fantastic location with views to die for, very secluded, perfect to completely relax and unwind - also a wonderful infinity pool to dip in and out whenever you feel like it. Lovely restaurant nearby also with fantastic views as you eat. Definitely recommend.

Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig. Der Pool und das Haus waren tipptopp. Das nahe gelegene Restaurant XXX ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Zu Besuch kamen nur die Ziegen.
