Very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "Golden Life". In the district of Montañar II, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (19 x 9 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: fitness room, lift. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1 km, shingle beach "Platja Cala Blanca" 450 m, rocky beach "Platja Segon Muntanyar" 50 m, swimming bay 200 m. Surf school 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

L'appartement est très plaisant et bien équipé malgré un grille-pains et une cafetière "hors d'âge" !
Nous regrettons un ménage mal fait qui nous a contraint à nettoyer à nouveau les chambres.

Buena ubicación, mala calidad
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y las vistas son inmejorables, eso no se puede negar. Ahora si, las instalaciones son muy viejas. Al ducharnos nos quedamos con la cortina en la mano, no había secador de pelo, la cafetera era súper antigua… en fin, que en las fotos parece todo de lujo, pero le hace falta un lavado de cara.

Todo fabuloso, una pena el mobiliario de la terraza que no estaban en buenas condiciones y los colchones de las camas.

assured that the terrace furniture, although slightly discoloured from
the sun, are all in working order. The mattresses have also been checked
and confirmed to be in good condition.

Buen apartamento con vistas
El apartamento tiene una ubicación y vistas muy buenas, pero en general está un poco descuidado, con mobiliario muy básico y, hasta cierto punto, cutre. Convendría renovar el menaje, cubertería, vajilla y cristalería.

Très bien
La légère vétustée de la petite cuisine et de sa petite terrasse est occulté par la vue magnifique tant qu'à la propreté de la piscine de l'immeuble... moyen ...La serrure de l'appartement ne marchait pas trop bien mais tout le personnel d'interhome Javéa est SUPER tant dans son accueil très sympathique que dans la rapidité des interventions Un grand MERCI et BRAVO à eux c'est grâce à eux que je reviendrai à interhome .
