4BR/2BA beach house located in BETHANY WEST less than a mile from beautiful Bethany Beach- sleeps 12! Hop on the Bethany Beach trolley down the street, walk, or drive to the beach. Perfect for a beach getaway for the whole family and your pets. WIFI strong- great for working from home. Everything you need including all new kitchen appliances, outdoor shower, gas grill out back, and an AMAZING back porch with 72 inch TV- perfect for crab feasting/hanging out. Driveway fits 2-3 cars and there is street parking available in front of the house as well. Kitchen has both a Mr. Coffee pot and Keurig coffee makers. Just bring your own linens, beach and bath towels!

We loved our stay at the Bethany Beach home. It was close to the beach, definitely within walking distance but also the trolley was a nice option as well. Loved the pool amendities, our kids definitely took advantage of this. We had a lovely stay and looking forward to come back!

We loved the house and its proximity to downtown Bethany! It has a lovely screened in porch and a yard with fire pit and bbq. We enjoyed a family reunion here and there was plenty of room for us, a group of 8. The house is dog friendly which was a huge bonus for us. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, there’s a large dining table seating 8. We felt relaxed and at home here and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 10 was very pleased with our week at Caroline's property. The rooms and property were exactly as advertized, and we felt immediately "at home" away from home. We had all the appliances and equipment needed, even down to the beach chairs which were nearly brand new. We appreciated that the house is pet-friendly, and so did our doggies. We thoroughly enjoyed the large back deck, and most of us spent significant time out there. It was too hot to enjoy the fire pit - oh well, maybe next time? Our first visit to Bethany Beach was a big success. We even wrote a song about our stay at Bethany Beach, and all four granddaughters love to sing it together!

The property is in need of updating. The one bathroom is tiny. Bathtub doesn’t drain appropriately. Outdoor shower has rotten boards. The house if very cluttered. One bedroom doesn’t get adequate AC. The bed was very uncomfortable. Location was good.

We take all guest comments seriously and continually work to maintain and improve our property each year. We were not made aware of any drainage issues during your stay, and we would have been happy to address that promptly, as we encourage guests to reach out at any time so we can resolve concerns in real time. Regarding the home itself, the bathrooms are consistent with the Windjammer-style layout, are the same size, and are accurately represented in the listing photos. Many of our guests appreciate our home’s comfortable, beach-cottage character, as reflected in our 50 10/10 reviews, though we understand that style preferences can vary. We have not previously received feedback regarding mattress comfort, but we will certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to evaluate and improve the home. In the bunk room, a ceiling fan cannot be installed for safety reasons; however, we do provide two fans in addition to the room’s air conditioning to help maintain comfort. We appreciate your feedback and will use it as we continue to improve the guest experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Wonderful stay!

We had stayed at the property for a week as a trip after graduation and had a very pleasant time. Checking in was very easy, and the house was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great and not far from the beach, and communicating with the owner was very easy and accessible!

Good Location - Responsive Host

Very short drive to the beach. Nice neighborhood and the host was qucik to respond to any questions. The parking pass is a huge plus!

Best Beach House

Everything about this home is perfect, it truly felt like our home away from home. There was plenty of room for our family, we especially loved the screened in porch to play games and watch movies in the evening. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet only a 20 minute walk or a short trolley ride to the beach/boardwalk area. We will definitely be back next year.

A lovely cottage by the sea

This was the perfect home to choose to celebrate our father’s 60th birthday (and grandsons first solid food). Only a few short minutes from the beach, we had an absolute blast! Not to mention the amazing amenities at this property. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect pet-friendly vacation getaway!

This property was amazing - very well appointed, clean, inviting, dog-friendly in a quiet neighborhood, we absolutely LOVED our stay! The owners thought of everything, anything you even thought you may need was provided. Beautiful decor, and our favorite was the screened-in porch complete with huge TV and wine fridge for watching football and movie night. A perfect spot for the entire family to hang out together.

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood

Lovely home…perfect for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday with our two large dogs in the neighborhood is beautiful for a nice quiet walks. The huge screened in porch is fantastic! Aisley was extremely responsive when we were considering extending our stay.

Absolutely Loved This Property!!!

This house was absolutely beautiful! The location was quiet and had quick access to Bethany Beach Boardwalk and only a few streets away from Costal Highway to get to OCMD! The owners were delightful and helpful with any questions or issues we had. Absolute 10/10! Will stay here in the future

Great Family Gathering

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s! Great lay-out with room for family dinners/breakfasts. Kitchen fully stocked including condiments and cooking supplies. Thoughtful touches and beach accents. Host was very communicative and provided great instructions for use of neighborhood amenities such as fitness clubhouse nearby. Super close to downtown Bethany. Thanks so much!

Our family and dog had an amazing stay in Bethany Beach . The home was perfect for our family, very clean and spacious. We fully utilized the space and loved the screen in back porch. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The community is very welcoming, great for taking walks, runs, pickle ball , tennis. The location was very close to the beach. Our hosts represented their home exactly as it was and we were thrilled.

Perfect home away from home

We had such a lovely stay! The vibe of the house is so warm and welcoming. It’s spacious, open, and light and bigger than you expect. The outdoor porch is such an extra bonus. Great location. And Aisley was beyond kind, accommodating, helpful, and generous. We had so much fun thanks to Aisley. We will definitely go back. My teenagers are still talking about how much they loved it - and they are grumbly!

Everything we needed and more!

The house was perfect for five adults, two little ones and the dogs. The layout made it easy for cooking, reading, working, playing and more. Great screened in porch allowed for the early rising toddler to play without disturbing the sleeping adults. Also perfect for our crab fest. It was an easy walk to the beach..even easier on bikes or the free trolley. We all loved it and are already planning our return.
