This beautiful house features a primary suite with king size bed and three additional bedrooms with plenty of beds to accommodate a full house! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk above and a twin pull out below - and, the 4th bedroom is perfect for a kids bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, sleeping 4. This house is perfect for several families or groups of friends. (sleeps 12). The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals onsite and the dining table will seat 8 comfortably. There are 4 additional seats at the kitchen island and two booster chairs on property for the little ones. There is a gas grill on the back deck for outdoor cooking and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for those fun nights out! This house is one mile from the beach and the property has several bikes (including a tantum bike) for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and kids toys are house amenties as well. Whether you take the short 15-20 minute walk, ride a bike or grab the beach shuttle you'll be at the beach in no-time. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. The Bethany West community offers 2 swimming pools, kids playground, basketball courts and fitness room for a modest fee during your stay ($30 per week, per person).
