Residence: In the centre of the Dives sur Mer marina, the Port Guillaume residence enjoys a privileged location. Access to the beach of Cabourg located 300m from the residence is via a walkway and a pedestrian road by the sea will allow you access to the beach of Houlgate located 500m.



With 2 heated swimming pools, one outdoors accessible from May to September, offering a solarium and deckchairs, the other indoors allowing year-round access. The swimming pool will be closed from 12 January 2026 to 18 January 2026 inclusive. Dives-sur-mer will welcome you all year round, its lively centre and shops are about 1 km from the residence, we recommend you to be transported.



Note Some units do not have access to the 2 swimming pools of the residence (see housing announcement).
