This open floor plan condo is perfectly maintained, with ceiling to floor windows throughout the living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a deck with canal views and a small office for those looking to get away during the work week!


The common areas includes 2 parking spaces, a private renters closet for beach gear, and closed, heated outdoor shower. The large deck facing the ocean is private and is only for use by guests of this unit.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time in this home. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to so many activities. We spent many hours on the spacious deck just visiting and experiencing the beauty of the ocean.

The view is amazing and the living spaces are huge. We absolutely loved this condo. Everything was immaculate and the air conditioning kept us cool during a heat wave. Parking in Carolina Beach is always a challenge, but otherwise this is the perfect place to stay.

The location is definitely the biggest of this property. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and the overall site is beautiful.With better maintenance and more responsive communication, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.One additional drawback was the noise from the unit above us. The first guests were respectful, but the next occupants were much louder and showed little consideration for those staying nearby. While we understand this may not be entirely within the hosts’ control, it did have a noticeable impact on our stay.
