Located in the Beautiful Pine Community of Hidden Valley Ranch

This beautiful home in the pines of Prescott will blow you away. There are 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms to enjoy a restful slumber. The John Wayne room is equipped with a DVD player and many John Wayne movies to watch. There is also many other games and books to entertain the family. It also has a queen hide-a-bed to accommodate extra family members. The living room has a queen hide-a-bed for extra sleeping space. In total, the home will sleep 12 people comfortably. The kitchen and dining area are large enough for everyone to gather together and enjoy a meal. You will have a large outdoor area with a BBQ grill that uses propane or Briquets. There is a Traeger Grill as well that uses pellets. An outdoor gas fire pit in the back yard for chilly nights or to roast marshmallows or Smore’s. The home has 3 gas fireplaces throughout the home to create ambiance or enjoy the warmth on your toes on a cold winter night. The large master bedroom and bath will make you feel like royalty. The home is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Prescott where you can experience many fabulous restaurants and cute boutiques. There are 2 bicycles in the garage to enjoy a bike ride through the beautiful community of Hidden Valley Ranch. There is also Goldwater Lake is nearby for fishing or kayaking. There are many hiking and mountain biking trails to try out.

Spacious home for all

Home has several great spaces to gather, inside and outside. Plenty of rooms and beds. Neighborhood is beautiful for walking in the pines.

We absolutely loved this house! It was every we needed it to be for our group of friends! Perfect rooms, bathrooms and gathering space. The fire pit is beautiful with seating for all!

In The Pines

The house was in a great location. Just out of the downtown area and very quite in the community. The smell of the pines were superb and very relaxing after a long days work. Great place to stay for our next project

Fantastic property

Fantastic property. The deer family visits often. The outside and inside fireplaces was a hit. I felt very comfortable in the adjustable bed. The kitchen was amazing to cook for a crowd. This a lovely home.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect. It was extremely clean, well-cared for and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We enjoyed roasting s'mores by the firepit at night while listening to the wind through the pines. Still close enough to town but also made you feel like you were out in the woods. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great weekend!

family get together

Home located in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of space with plenty of bathrooms, beds and hanging out areas. The backyard is huge with a firepit and grill. The beds were comfortable and the home was decorated well. There were a couple outside steps that needed to be cemented down, but did not take away from the property enjoyment. I would recommend this home especially for a larger group.

A blissful getaway

Our family was taken back by the charm and location of the home.Conveniently located near downtown yet tucked away in the enchanted forest. The long beautiful staircase greets you immaculately through the glass doors. The place was spacious with plenty of fireplaces for charm and gathering areas for friends.Well appointed with conveniences and art touches throughout to give a homey feel. I’m the entryway was a convenient and concise book for all information needed while staying at the property. We will definitely be hoping to stay at the hidden valley location again.

An amazing stay!

A lovely spacious home in Prescott!

The property management team was very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The house is lovely, very clean, spacious with 4 bedrooms plus a 5th room that has a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to have many family meals using the equipment and china provided; we even used their grill. A great option for anyone looking for a place to stay while in the Prescott area.

Prescott Trip

The house is just perfect for grown adults in our family. We enjoyed the location and everything was really nice. We will certainly keep this house as a favorite for any future trips to Prescott.

Spacious & Beautiful Family Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved our time at Hidden Valley Ranch! The house is even better in person. It is spacious and very well laid out. The decor is spot on and absolutely beautiful. I wish we could have enjoyed the property even more than we did, as we had a full week of activities and family events planned. But, we did enjoy cooking breakfast each morning in the beautiful kitchen that is open to the family room and a spacious eating nook that looks out on the rocky, hilly, beautiful landscape of the back yard! The home had everything we needed. We just had to make a quick grocery trip for the food. We had some minor challenges upon arrival with the security code and wifi codes. But the owner was extremely attentive handling the issues promptly and following up with us to ensure everything was resolved. I could not ask for more and it gave us an amusing story to tell friends and family. The area is beautiful! We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and often saw deer. It is a quick, and scenic drive to Prescott. We ventured to the Grand Canyon and to Sedona during our week which were easy day trips. The only word of caution is for those with severe pet allergies. I do suspect the owners have or had pets. This is on me, as I did not adequately inquire about this... and made some wrong assumptions based on the fact that they do not allow pets. This is, in no way, a reflection of the beauty or cleanliness of the home... just a caution to those who have severe pet allergies. And this is the only thing that would prevent us from renting here again... otherwise, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend!

Great house for large gathering

We celebrated Christmas with my husbands family and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kids enjoyed the extra space upstairs and also loved the backyard. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a big feast!! Would highly recommend staying here.

Family Holiday Gathering

The home and accommodations were excellent, everything was in very good working order with everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable for a large family. The management team was very responsive and friendly. The only issue we had was pots and pans needed washed, BBQ needed cleaned and needed propane tank refilled and the garbage cans were not empty. We definitely did enjoy our stay and will stay their again.

Wow! We had amazing family time!

Our family gathered here to celebrate our son’s graduation from Prescott College. The “Dewey” was perfect! From the homes spacious rooms/bathrooms and accommodations to the proximity to the college (town). We loved hanging out in the family room and kitchen playing scattegories and heads up while a fire was burning in the fireplace. I would definitely recommend this home to others. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

AMAZING PLACE

We had an amazing week spending time together as a family with siblings and other family members coming in and out of town due to crazy schedules. This place was exactly what we were looking for. The house is huge, plenty of sleeping areas and blankets, well stocked kitchen, great backyard area, decor was very pretty and modern. Everything seems brand new and fresh. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to downtown Prescott, short drive, but looking out the windows of the home, you’d think you are in the woods. Loved sitting around the fire pit. We saw deer. Drove to Goldwater & Watson Lakes, Thumb Butte Park. Ate at Whiskey Row, & mostly created memories we will never forget. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.
