This was the perfect house for women to stay during a women's retreat. We couldn't do the bunk beds in the camp so we chose to stay at the Thumb Butte retreat. We were not disappointed! Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room to think and reflect!

Outstanding property and location

This is a beautiful, well equipped and spotless house in a convenient location with great views. Sharon, the manager, was prompt with communications and made the visit easly and enjoyable.

This is just a beautiful property and the owners are so easy to work with. This is our 3rd time staying here as we come to the Legacy Horse Sale every year in Sept. It's always clean and they have high standards. The layout of this property is great with the master and kitchen on the main level and two additional 2 bedrooms with a bathroom/patio and living room downstairs as well. Views all over the place! Highly recommend.

July 4th trip

The house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. The host was responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours early. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including amenities in both the kitchen and bathrooms.Please note, the driveway is quite steep; however, the garage is large and offers ample space for parking.

Family Arizona Adventure

Our stay at The Retreat at Thumb Butte was fabulous. The location of the house, the communication with Sharon, the cleanliness and comfort for all of us was top notch. We came to Arizona for a family vacation since our grown children and their spouses do not live close to us. We wanted a gathering place where we could prepare our own meals and relax together talk, and connect with one another.The Retreat at Thumb Butte was exactly what we were looking for.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in Prescott! Great location, great views, and there was nothing we needed to go and buy (other than our food!) The property is very well taken care of, things were labeled, and we appreciated the beautiful personal touches of sparkling cider, wine, chocolates, and a personal note. Sharon is super responsive and made our stay wonderful. Easy access to lakes and hikes and the stores as well!

Perfect location with lots of space!

Easy check in great communication. SO much space! perfect open layout for gathering. Loved the sunroom and balconies. Easy bike ride to a trail head. A quick drive downtown for restaurants. Could have stayed in and cooked but... Beds were very comfortable. We didn't make it to the waking distance tennis court; maybe next time :)

Private Neighborhood

This home is located in a quiet custom home neighborhood nestled in the pines. Loved that the home had three patios, one of which is off of the master bedroom that is very comfy. The lower level is underground but yet is very well lite with natural lighting and a patio that goes out to the back of the home. Very nicely decorated and has everything you will ever need. The property contact is very accommodating. I highly recommend this rental.

Overview

The property and home were great. The only thing that troubled me was it was not disclosed that we were in an HOA area. Also the jacuzzi tub did not work and from the stickers on the tub tells me it hasn’t worked for some time. That also was not disclosed before booking. Aside from that the stay was great. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
