Ideal downtown Nashville loft – Letterpress Loft

Downtown Nashville loft in an unbeatable location. Letterpress Loft is steps from the music and bars of Printer's Alley and two blocks from the prime honky tonks of downtown Broadway Avenue. Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena, Titan's Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame and City Music Center. Plus all the main downtown Nashville tourist attractions.

This is a self-owned, self-managed loft and our goal is that you feel you're in someone's home and not a standard rental. The loft is located in an renovated warehouse built in 1905 that operated as a commercial printing company for decades (hence our "letterpress" name!). Soaring ceilings, huge wooden columns, original brick walls, industrial ductwork and the open layout transport you back to another time. And yet, the home is equipped with personalized, secure electronic door locks for independent check-in, high speed wifi, and Smart TV's. Parking pass (including in/out privileges) available for additional $25 per day.

A few items to note prior to booking to ensure this loft is the right fit for you:

1. There are smart TVs for you to log into with programs (ie Netflix, Pandora, etc). There is local TV but no cable.

2. If you are sensitive to noise, this loft may not be the best choice. The central, downtown location and the age of the building does come with the trade-off of some noise. A stay in Music City means live performances in bars in every direction. Including a Printer's Alley bar in the basement of our building. When staying in the unit you may hear music, occasional sirens, cars parking in neighboring garage or people enjoying nearby bars or in neighboring lofts. It's not blaring but it can be noticeable and we want to manage expectations up front. A spa sound machine, portable fan and earplugs are provided to ease any minor disturbances. However, if this causes concern you may want to select another location.

3. If a view is important to you, then this loft is NOT the best choice. There are large, industrial windows, an outdoor balcony space and an amazing central downtown location. The view, however, is...a parking garage. You'll see from our reviews that guests love the space, but we want to inform you up front prior to booking to ensure you don't have disappointments or missed expectations upon arrival.

Great location

Location is great. Beautiful place. It is loud at night. Bring noise canceling ear buds if you have them! Ear plugs were provided. Would definitely stay again.

Nashvilles live music

The location is ideal for Broadway and Printers Alley enjoyment! The loft was well appointed, having everything we needed for our two nights in Nashville. Sharing this listing with friends, and would definitely use it again for a Nashville visit!

Birthday weekend in Nashville

This was a first trip to Nashville for myself and my husband, and we were not disappointed. The property was beautiful and well cared for. There was great communication with the host leading up to the stay, it was exactly what we had hoped, and the location was perfect. Wonderful Location!!!

First trip to Nashville, wasn't sure what to expect or where to stay . This place is perfect for a couple and location with covered parking is hard to come by with being only a block or two from all the Broadway attractions!

Great location and very impressive accommodations!

This property was very convenient to our favorite places in Nashville; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. As soon as we arrived, we stocked the kitchen with what we needed from the nearby grocery mart so never had to use a car. Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive to minor inquiries we had. The interior design is top-notch; we felt like very special guests and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Beautiful loft. Very nice furnishings. Convenient and within walking distance to Ryman, bars and all downtown activities. We didn’t even rent a car. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

Nice little loft on Printer's Alley! Very convenient parking situation next door...short walk to Broadway...even a bar in the basement with entry to Printer's Alley. Even has a king size pull out couch. As long as you don't mind a little bar music, this place is great

Great Location

Just blocks from Broadway. Steps from coffee, food and a gym. Property was quaint, clean and had great energy. Accommodated 3 people easily. All necessarily amenities were met. The host was very responsive to all questions. I would definitely book this property again.

Amazing stay!

Absolute 10/10 stay! We used the parking garage & it was so convenient. We walked to everything! The location is unbeatable, right off Broadway! We never used our car until check out. The loft is very safe with a code to enter building & to use the elevator. Everything was clean & as pictured. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved the Loft

We stayed in the Loft and loved it. So close to Broadway and the bars in Printers Alley. There is a little Speakeasy that you get to from the elevator. The Loft was clean and very comfortable for all four of us. My daughter and her husband had the sofa bed and they said it was very comfortable. I will book again. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic retro mixed with futuristic design remodel of a historic old warehouse condo with easy in/out parking, access to Broadway night life, as well as Printer's Alley. Clean, safe, and very cool place with lots of room with king bed in bdrm and comfortable king pullout in LR. Full kitchen with excellent Keurig and coffee fixings supplied with condo. Great host!! Perfect Location to enjoy Downtown!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and it was absolutely perfect as far as location can go. To be able to walk out the door and be steps from Printer's Alley and a couple blocks from Broadway was super convenient. No hailing Ubers or Taxis at 1 am when everyone else is trying to. Could just walk back. You can definitely hear downtown at night, more of a thumping. But the sound machine provided is a super thoughtful touch and worked great at drowning out the noise. Definitely staying here again next time we return to Nashville!

Downtown Nashville Stay

This was the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in! It was very clean and had everything we needed, including ample coffee which I appreciate! It's perfect for a couple. If you have more than that, there isn't a lot of privacy with the second bed being the sleeper couch and kind of an open floor model. They tell you in the description that there is noise from below. That is so true! There is a bar below the place and you can hear the music late into the night. It did not bother us since we were always out late, but if you intend to go to bed early and are sensitive to that, you may not want to stay here. They do provide ear plugs and a sound/noise machine which I thought was great! Another plus was being so close to downtown. We parked in their parking garage and did not have to drive anywhere. We took the trolley tour to go to places that were too far to walk to. I would highly recommend this place to couples who want to enjoy the Nashville night life!
