This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

Music City Vacay

We were in town for 4 days. The pool was wonderful during the day. (Be sure to bring beach towels.) Enjoyed watching the morning boat traffic on the river from the patio while drinking coffee. The walk to Broadway took us about 15 minutes by following the “River Walk”. The unit itself is just as it shows online. It is well-appointed with many small details covered, such as: trash bags, hand and dish soaps, coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover, hair dryer, makeup mirror, snacks, waters, and kitchen essentials. Beds are comfy and have great linens and pillows. Would definitely stay here, again! Thank you, Rebecca:)

What a great weekend!

From start to finish we could not have asked for more! Rebecca had amazing communication! Her communication about check in was wonderful. We did not need her help but she still reached out to us several times during our stay. The location was perfect for us. Nissan Stadium and Broadway are an easy 20 minute walk. We had our dogs with us and never felt unsafe taking them out. The location is very well lit and was quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect oasis in Nash-Vegas!

Accommodations were extremely comfortable and clean. Communication with the manager was top notch. Location was perfect for walking to and from downtown. An excellent excellent choice for a stay in Nashville.

Fit our needs perfect. Plus free parking!

The floor plan on this unit is a little odd, but there is so many good things that it totally makes up for it. This unit overlooks the river. Free parking. Location is very close to everything. Less than a mile from the action. Easy walk, scooter or bike ride away. We had limited mobility issues so we used a Lyft. Which was between 1015. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for sightseeing

Clean, attractive, comfortable place to stay in great location. It’s within walking distance from many downtown sights of interest, and that saves significant parking costs downtown. Also, unlike downtown hotels, it provides free parking and so less expensive sightseeing at more distant locations with your own car

Long weekend getaway

The property was very clean and the property manager was more than accommodating. The walk to Broadway Street was easy and relaxing. The property is just as described and has everything you need. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The owners were so receptive and attentive. They even let us check in early because of our flight landing early! In addition, the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was cutely decorated. There was a lot of construction during this time, so that was our only set back!

Everything went really great. Walking distance to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. The king mattress could be replaced soon but every bed is different in the world. LolThe Manager was amazing

Bridgestone Arena Concert

We needed a place to gather with our daughter and her Boyfriend as they live in Nashville and we are in NC , perfect place to meet him for the first time and explore downtown and other places off broadway. lovely condo as pictured , LOL we even played the Tom Petty ALBUM !! Peaceful/great location

Great location about a mile from broadway. You can rent scooters and make it there in no time. It’s far enough away that you can sleep peacefully. Beautiful view of Cumberland River. Enjoyed the stay.

Nashville Perfection!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay this past week! Everything was perfect and the location makes everything easy!! Adorable condo with a great layout and so much room!! Great neighborhood- We could do our daily walks around town feeling safe and secure and spent four nights enjoying the nightlife on Broadway!!! Highly recommend Rebecca and Nashville Vacay!!

This place is awesome!

Great location within walking distance to downtown and Germantown! Of course it’s even easier and more fun with the rental scooters! Beautiful view of the Cumberland from the back porch where you can sit and watch the barges float by! Owner was very responsive, a slight hiccup we found when we checked in was handled promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville also has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between 1/2 to 4 miles from any other popular attraction.
