Welcome to your beautiful Home Away from Home! Located just five miles to the Disney property, this lovely and spacious home is the perfect retreat for your family during all your theme park adventures!

Before you read about the features of this house, let's face the obvious: there are hundreds of houses in the Kissimmee/Orlando area with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Why should you rent this one? Consider the features of this house which are difficult to find in any other single home: 1) A salt chlorinator resulting in less chlorine smell and gentler on your skin. 2) Pool safety rails for the spa and pool to help you in and out. 3) A fully fenced grassy area outside of the pool cage for your pets. 4) Motion detector lights for the backyard and pool. 5) Carpet in the living area and one of the master bedrooms - your feet will thank you after a long day in the theme park. 6) The kitchen cabinets have 12 pullout drawers, and a corner cabinet has a Lazy Susan. 7) The house is within 5 miles of Disney, 13 miles from SeaWorld, and 18 miles from Universal Studios Orlando.

Add to these pluses the fact that the property manager said this is his 2nd favorite pool of all the properties he manages (currently 40+. An overhead view on googlemaps shows the pool is bigger than many others nearby).

Since we have that out of the way, read on.

This modern-decor, one-story home has plenty of space for your family and friends. Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, including two master bedrooms with ensuite baths and private entries to the lanai. Each master has a king size bed. The screened-in pool is newly resurfaced and faces southeast for great sun exposure! We can heat the pool & spa for you and accommodate your pets for an additional charge. Don’t miss the attached spa hot tub and plenty of lounge seating when you want to relax.

The garage is a game room with ping-pong and an electronic dart board.

Make yourself at home! We have a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious dining areas, and a large main living area equipped with a 55-inch HD TV. We also include free high-speed WiFi. Do laundry in our full-size washer and dryer. We also provide a complementary organic brand travel size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each bathroom.

Perfect home for a family!

We booked this house for a short (4 night) family stay. We had 6 adults, and kids aged 7,4,22 months and 4 months. There was plenty of space for everyone. All adults had their privacy as did the kids! The pool was AMAZING and the kids even asked to leave Seaworld at 2pm so they could go swimming. We would stay here again! 3 miles to walmart and 30 minutes to the airport were huge benefits!

Perfect location

Check-in was simple as well, which is a plus when driving 15 hours from New Jersey. The house was comfortable for our family of 8 and 3 dogs. The dogs really enjoyed the backyard. Upon arrival we noticed and picked up a few piles of dog poop from the yard that weren’t ours. We were thankful for the large refrigerator because we needed all the room for groceries. We paid for the pool heat and were happy we did, the spa was perfect! There were a few negatives. The brown sofa could probably be replaced because it is worn and kinda felt like we were sinking in it. A few of the beds were a little worn as well and creaky. So upgrades on a few of the mattresses might be needed. We did notice walking into the home it smelled of wet dog. I assumed that since it was a dog friendly house and it was raining that it was because of that. I have one suggestion to help with the issue is to remove the carpet. After checking out I was told that dirty paw prints were on a few comforters and smelled. The backyard has black dirt. The dogs came in and jumped on the beds before we could remove them from the beds. We slept with our own blankets. So I’m unsure where the smell came from, unless the comforters aren’t washed between guests. The owner received pictures after we checked out that there was dog pee on the side of the couch, “as if a male dog hiked his leg on it to pee”. We don’t have any male dogs and they are crated while we are out. Never running loose in the house unattended.

The property was nice, can use some updates but hey we wasn’t moving in! I don’t appreciate the cleaning lady arriving at 9:30 standing across the street eyeballing us when check out was at 10 AM… I paid for the pool to be heated and you could’ve cooked soup in the jacuzzi so there was no way to enjoy it. They was gonna charge a fee to come out and adjust it but didn’t … overall the stay was okay!!

Nice House With Cleanliness Issues

We stayed at this property in August 2023 and had a very nice vacation, but when we came back for our October trip, the entire house smelled like animal urine. I immediately let the owner and property manager know about it and then I went out and bought carpet spray and plug-in air fresheners, which helped a little, but the smell was still very strong. The property manager let me know that the house was trashed by another renter weeks before and that they had the carpets cleaned, but if that was the case, it shouldn’t have smelled as bad as it did when we arrived. The fact that no one recognized this before our arrival is just absolutely inexcusable. We never heard anything back from the owner after we left the house and we were never offered any type of compensation for the negative experience. We would recommend that the carpet be removed and replaced with hardwood or linoleum, especially if the house is going to remain pet friendly. The drapes leading out to the pool area also need to be pulled down and washed, because the smell of urine is very strong there as well. Lastly, some of the pictures of the inside need to be updated, because they are out of date. We were expecting a reclining sofa in the family room, but we found three separate couches there instead, which was really disappointing for us. The location is phenomenal, so it’s just a real shame that the condition of the house was what it was.

Wonderful, spacious, and close to everything!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very spacious and I loved that there was a bathroom (4) for each of us. The location is perfect and close to everything. The hosts were easy to contact and always answered any question we had quickly. I will definitely stay here again if it's available and I highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Magnificent - we didn't want to leave

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful home and were sad to leave the property. It is exactly as it appears in the pictures! We were in Florida for our daughter's national dance competition and stayed to visit the Disney parks. This home is close to everything. On the days we wanted to stay home and chill out we were able to do so in the beautiful pool, and we had plenty of space to spread out when we wanted time for ourselves.

2 Week Theme Park Visit

My son and I stayed at this house during our most recent 2 week trip to Florida to enjoy Disney and Universal Theme Parks. We LOVED the house!! We had our 2 pups with us as well, and they loved laying in the yard outside the Pool space. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we were able to have peaceful evenings by the pool post long park days, and not have to worry about a zillion kids running around screaming. The owner of the home was super helpful and quick at answering any questions I had pertaining to our visit. We are already looking forward to booking the House again for another vacation! Only suggestion would be that renters are notified when Lawn Care will be coming, which I know is not always on a consistent schedule, but it would be helpful to know, due to when they did come they blocked the driveway for little over an hour each time and a bit of a shock when sitting out back for lunch and someone just opens the gate to enter. But, no true issues at all with our entire stay!

Nice getaway

The condo was larger than expected and the layout was very nice. The pool area was also very nice. The property manager and host were very responsive throughout.

Great place to stay!

Great house. Communication with property manager and owner was good. Had a bit of trouble with the door, but property manager came out and fixed it. Nice pool and hot tub and kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. Overall a great place to stay!

Needs attention

Owner was very responsive and we didn't have any major issues but all the minor issues with so many things broken or poorly maintained added up (pool screen and doors, lights, bathroom locks, remotes, faucets, refrigerator shelves and drawers, washer and dryer, etc.) We've stayed at lots of different places and I was just disappointed in the maintenance overall.

Great Stay Near Disney

We were looking for an alternative to a hotel for our visit to Disney. The condition of the house was outstanding and the pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone. The best memory of the Disney Trip according to our 6 year old.......... the pool!

Family vacation/ wedding

This property was great our kids and spouses with 2 grandchildren were in Orlando for a family wedding at the Four seasons only 15 minutes away. Close to Disney for our one day there.

Landing pad

We had a group of 8, ranging from 7-80. Comfortable home to relax and regroup after doing all the things. Convenient to most everything. Quiet neighborhood. This home is equity with everything you might need, Incase you 'forgot' something. We didn't need any assistance as everything was great ! Great house for a family!

This house was great for a family Disney vacation! It was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were awesome for relaxing after a long day of fun. The only problem was the condition of the mattresses. The second master bedroom had an especially poor mattress, you could feel the springs in your back. My husband and I switched to the twin beds instead, which was better but not great. If not for the beds I would give five stars for overall experience.

Great house for Disney trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. Craig was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The house was spacious and the pool/hot tub was great to have! Plenty of towels/linens are provided. The only things I would say is all of the air vents are full of dust and the dust is running onto the ceilings. So it made the house seem not as clean. The grass was very long when we arrived. I contacted the property manager who told me they would have the lawn man out ASAP however the yard was never cut our entire stay of a week. We had two dogs and so it was just inconvenient because we couldn’t even let them out into the backyard that was gated because it was impossible to see their poop to scoop. A big reason we rented this is because of the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Besides that, it’s a great property and super close to the Disney parks.

You cannot beat the value of this place. Lovely neighborhood. Safe and close to Walmart and many restaurants. Very responsive management team. This home is very well laid out. Very enjoyable.

Summer 2022

This house made for a great family vacation for our first time going to Disney but not staying on Disney property. We were looking for a more affordable option but did not want to compromise in doing so. This house was lovely and met all of our needs. With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths it was certainly large enough for all of us. This location is absolutely ideal, minutes from the parks and within 30 mins to Universal and Seaworld. Nice quiet neighborhood that certainly felt safe. Plenty of dining options nearby. 100% would stay on this property again.

Great property

This was a great place to stay. The check in process was easy. The home was clean and well stocked with utensils, bedding, games and pool equipment. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and spa tub, particularly the fact the pool area and patio were completely fenced in. The home was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood but close to the largest Walmart I have ever shopoed in as well aa a variety of eating establistments. I would highly recommend this property. Had a great time here.

Great location for Disney. House needs some work.

Positives: Close proximity to the Disney parks was a plus. About a ten minute drive. The house is spacious with five bedrooms. The pool and hot tub is nice. Fenced back yard is convenient for dogs. Washer and dryer available. Negatives: Not enough towels. Only eight towels for a house that sleeps at least ten. Cookware is terrible with all non-stick surfaces scratched. Furnishings and appliances are badly worn. Front bedroom ceiling fan is broke and room is much warmer than rest of house. Doesn’t seem to get adequate A/C cooling. Yard and lanai needs attention. The grass was never mowed during ten day stay. Pool cover and pool tools not put away. Mildew on exterior of house and fencing. Just needs some attention.
