About this property

Great resort living in Palm Desert

This home is ready for any long term (more than 30 days) guests. It is located in the prestigious Chaparral Country Club with an Executive golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym, clubhouse spa, and restaurant. If you are working remotely, stay a few months in an idyllic location. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has everything you need.
The condo is located near the end of a street with a cul de sac and very quiet. There is a fully equipped gym. Walking distance to Club house and tennis courts. If you choose to eat at the club house, prices are reasonable and the food is very good. (Our chef is famous throughout the Valley). There is a relaxing viewfrom patio is the golf course and pond with fountain that is very relaxing, and faces North East. You might even see Pelicans, ducks, geese and an occasional seagull that is pretty lost. There is partial view of mountains.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely Condo

Had a wonderful stay. Highlights include morning sunshine on the patio and gas fire pit to sit around for evening cocktails. Great location in Palm Desert and in the Chaparral complex - close to pool and fun to watch the golfers. Wendy was terrific to deal with and we hope to come again. Would highly recommend this property.

We live in Los Angeles just a few hours away from Palm Desert. This condo is mainly rented out during the tourist season. We use it in off season, it is so relaxing.

Why they chose this property

For us this is the perfect vacation home for a family and dog. There is even extra sleeping if someone wants to sleep on the large sofa in the living room.

What makes this property unique

You have access to all amenities including tennis, pickleball, golf, and shuffle board. There is also a spa where you can make appointments for massages, etc., There is a lovely club house with a gym, that is probably closed due to Covid. The clubhouse has its own restaurant which has outdoor dining, which has been permissible. (Check the most recent regulations issued by the governor.) You are 20 minutes from Palm Springs where there are 2 5 star hotels, shopping and dining. On Thursday nights the main street is closed down for a street fair.
