MONTEREY C. C. - Orientación sur, recientemente remodelado con vista

Espectacular: vivimos en nuestro patio, tiene increíbles vistas orientadas al sur con todas las comodidades, incluidos altavoces para la radio satelital, sonos o su c favorita. re.'s. Al aire libre tenemos 2 nuevos sofás de tamaño completo, 2 cómodas sillas de gran tamaño y muchos asientos en la mesa de comedor (6). Una parrilla de isla de gas, parrilla de carbón, televisión al aire libre, anillo de fuego y 2 calentadores. Estamos ubicados justo en el medio de la sexta calle (más allá del campo de juego de pelotas de golf) sin el tee-box o las actividades ecológicas. La Casa Club está a 5 minutos a pie o menos al otro lado de la calle. Hay más de 30 piscinas climatizadas con jacuzzis para elegir. Tenemos todas las comodidades disponibles y más. Me encanta la música, así que hay muchos oradores. Esta casa es muy cómoda y fue remodelada en octubre de 2016. Tenemos excelentes vistas desde la cocina y la sala de estar, que incluye el comedor para una gran sala. La ropa de cama es de hilo alto con colchones con pillow-top. Toallas, gruesas toallas de baño grandes y abundantes. Podría continuar, pero en realidad tiene todo por duplicado.

Spectaculor Desert Property: la mejor ubicación en el desierto, cerca de todo, restaurantes, películas, tiendas, etc. Vistas a la montaña con la muy deseada ubicación orientada al sur justo en el campo de golf. Este condominio privado Monterey Country Club ha sido nuestra casa de vacaciones durante 18 años, por lo que ha sido muy bien mantenido y actualizado. Amamos nuestra casa y estamos muy orgullosos de ella. Por favor no pregunte por una casa de fiesta. Obtienes lo que ves en las fotos solo mejor. Esta unidad final no tiene ruido de la carretera y todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones muy cómodas a corto o largo plazo.
El patio es una extensión de nuestra sala de estar. De hecho, pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo allí. Incluso puede ver la pantalla plana de 65 pulgadas desde el patio o usar la televisión de 35 pulgadas en el exterior. También tenemos pantallas de 50 pulgadas en las 3 habitaciones.
El garaje es para 2 autos y tiene balsas y bicicletas. También mantenemos un juego adicional de palos de golf en la propiedad. No te decepcionará aquí. Esta es una comunidad cerrada vigilada, pero también tenemos nuestro propio sistema de seguridad. Tenemos muy pocas vacantes debido a nuestros inquilinos repetidos.

Cluttered with personal items, bathrooms dirty, carpets needed vacuuming but the worst was the blood on the pillow cases.

Wonderful vacation

The outside patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The beds were super comfy, clean sheets and loads of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home!!

Golfers Heaven

Greg our host was always prompt to respond to any questions we had and the space was absolutely perfect with tons of room to relax and enjoy the golf course view. The patio space was just amazing and i would highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the area for golf or just to relax and enjoy some rest. The pools and hot tubs were clean with pickel ball and tennis areas to enjoy as well. I will definitely return to this great property 👍

Enjoyable getaway

The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the patio and spent a lot of our time enjoying that space when we weren’t at the pool or out exploring. The golf cart was another great plus to use for running back and forth to the pools. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Palm Desert has it all!

We loved this property, neighborhood and all the amenities including many pools, beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors, proximity to stores and restaurants, comfortable home and many kitchen items not present in other properties. Owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would return in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can do it again!

The property has a great location and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. It is a little dated but well supplied. If we had a specific need the owner responded quickly and dealt with it. We brought our dog with us and it worked out just fine. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely request a booking with him if we return to Palm Desert in the future.

Large, well-appointed, upscale country club fairway home!

Monterey Country Club is an older, but one of the finest, most central locations in the Coachella Valley. This condo certainly is a fully furnished and the patio is wonderful. We would highly recommend it. The landlord is very accommodating and goes out of their way to ensure that all things work well for your visit.

Beautiful Backyard

Great location, quiet/safe gated community, amazing back yard. We enjoyed many lunches and dinners outside watching the hummingbirds and golfers. Comfortable beds, very nice appliances, TVs in every bedroom an added bonus. The golf cart was awesome to get around to the many pools/hot tubs or to just tour around or go to the clubhouse for dinner. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Leigh's home. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed (and so much more) for great 10 day vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, excellent cooking utensils. There was a wide variety of spices. I also really appreciated the abundance of sharp knives for every task. The beds were very comfortable-my wife had some of her best sleeps! The outdoor space was wonderful. The views of the golf course were very pleasant and the unit directly across the fairway had great lighting which added to the view at night. This is not an investment property it is their home and we feel fortunate to have stayed there. Thanks so much!

Loved it. Fun watching the golfers go by. Very well stocked. Had everything we needed. The location was great. Not far to go to do our shopping etc. The patio had lots of seating. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas Get-away

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home over Christmas/New Years. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms allowed our 2 grown children to have their own space. The home has all the amenities you need and the use of the golf cart to drive around the property was wonderful. The patio was lovely to enjoy the sunshine and I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and secure property.

Great location perfect for our Group.

This home was everything we were looking for. The potion faces out to one of the fairways. We took advantage of the Bbq and the kitchen a lot. Shopping (Costco, Albetsons and Westlake mall are all nearby. We also used the pools, bike and spare golf clubs. At night there was a fireplace on the deck and a few big screen TVs throughout the house. This house is lived in but it felt like a home they have everything. We did not play the course a bit above our price range and skill level. But because this is Palm Springs Hess around the corner and play Suncrest CC. All in all this is an awesome place and we had a great stay we would highly recommend.

A terrific condo in a great area.

We have nothing but good things to say about this condo. The owners are friendly and responsive. The condo is well equipped with very comfortable bedding, electronics for all needs, and a patio that quickly becomes your favourite place. Plenty of nice patio furniture with a propane fire pit and overhead heater make you cozy even on cooler nights. The south view makes getting up in the morning so worthwhile! And proximity to the best things Palm Desert has to offer is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Best patio ever!

Lived on the patio until sundown and sometimes beyond. Great location! Close to Palm springs and the airport. Took in the Air museum and Palm Springs Art Gallery. Both were very worthwhile. The weekend market at College of the Desert was a treat. Went 3 times in 4 weeks. The Civic Aquatic Centre is a lovely walk and the outside sculptures a pleasure. The condo itself is roomy and comfortable - especially the beds. Well stocked kitchen and spices better than our collection. The owner was very responsive when we need help or advice. The condo was clean and not just another rental property. The owners care. Would recommend this place for sure.

Location, Location, Location

Just like they say in Real Estate, "Location is Key". With the golf cart and proximity to Parks, El Paseo Dining and Shopping this unit was perfect for us. Very much enjoyed the outdoor space with the view. Everything was extremely comfortable and well kept. Amenities were plentiful and very well equipped with satellite stereo, TVs, WiFi, printer, BBQs and toys etc. Our 2 yr old grandson enjoyed the golf and nightly cruise in the cart, great fun.

Great place to enjoy Palm Desert

This property is a great location in the center of the area. The patio is the best we saw in the area - large, well furnished with great views. We ate most meals outside. The living area is spacious and décor and art work very nice. Electronics are up-to-date and plentiful, as described in the listing. Most important, the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to the few issues we had and was great to work with. We have booked for next year - enough said.

This is our home away from home. It has all of the features of your home, not a vacation rental. We have remodeled and upgraded the condo inside and outside. It's very comfortable and well maintained.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The mountains are magic. We looked exclusively for a safe south facing location with a spectacular view. We wanted a private club but didn't want to be located next to a green or tee box because we didn't want to worry about bad golfers like me hitting onto our patio.We never finish upgrading and are very excited to share our results. Most of our guest are repeat year after and enjoy our relationship with them all year long. The location of Monterey C.C. is the best in the desert.

The golf cart is a 4 seated and street legal.. We often take it to lunch or shopping. The patio is 500 sf of living space with incredible views. Bedding, linens and towels are high end.
