Arbor House Santa Cruz Beach Cottage Affitto vacanze a Santa Cruz in California, è una residenza privata 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno che può ospitare comodamente da 2 a 4 persone e una famiglia di 6 facilmente.

Affitto per un fine settimana o per un paio di settimane durante tutto l'anno. Siamo solo quattro case e 150 passi per Twin Lakes State Beach, Santa Cruz sul Monterey Bay Sanctuary.

A pochi passi sono i ristoranti, le bevande, il canottaggio e l'intrattenimento sul porto turistico di Santa Cruz. Non ci sarà motivo di lasciare il quartiere!

Mentre si siede sul ponte sopraelevato del nostro Cottage, guardare le barche arrivano e andare dal porto di Santa Cruz Yacht. In lontananza sentirete i Sea Lions sul molo di Santa Cruz e gli adulti e i bambini che ridono e urlano mentre corrono il Circoliere 1924 Giant Dipper sulla famosa passerella di 100 anni di Santa Cruz Beach. A 7 minuti di auto o un 1. 20 miglia a piedi. C'è anche un traghetto "Estate Season" che ti scivola attraverso il Yacht Harbour per arrivare sulla tua passeggiata al Beach Boardwalk un po 'più veloce.

Prendete escursioni in kayak sulla baia o in un tour di Chardonnay II, prendete Degustazione del vino o prendete il treno Skunk nelle montagne di Santa Cruz!

Ci sono così tante cose da vedere e da fare a Santa Cruz, sulla baia di Monterey e dintorni che ti piacerebbe prenotare subito il tuo prossimo soggiorno!

Location, location, location. Steps to the beach and a nice view from the deck of the harbor. The cottage is well appointed with pretty much most of what you need. The accommodations are cozy and the deck is wonderful for outdoor meals.

Our family had a wonderful long weekend stay here. So close to Twin Lakes State Beach, the harbor and nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was easy. Checking in and out directions were clear and correspondence with the host was responsive and helpful.

We once again enjoyed our stay at the Arbor House, our favorite place to stay in Santa Cruz for many summers. We especially liked the three separate sleeping areas, comfortable beds and couches, and the wonderful sunny deck overlooking the harbor and Seabright beach. Twin Lakes beach is just a block away, as are the BCycle rentals and Sup Shack. We'll be back!

Best stay! Family friendly, clean, everything you need. Host was excellent with communication and accommodating to our early arrival. Would definitely recommend this cozy cottage. 2 min walk to restaurants and beach made for minimal driving while also making breakfast and dinners on the deck. This stay was excellent for my 40th!

Hello, I’m Shirley, your host, and I would like to share a bit of the history of Arbor House Cottage. Arbor House was built in 1937 and has been in the family since 1958. My grandmother was the second owner. Though it wasn't called Arbor House then, it was simply a long term rental.

My grandparents lived across the street in the corner house and I remember going to visit them and playing there. Being with them was very special to me and my siblings. After they passed, I lived there with my Mother and Father until I married and started my own family and after my mother passed, the cottage came to me.

It is good to be able to go over from time to time, enjoy the beach and delicious restaurants and recall the wonderful memories!.....(note the picture on the wall in the dining room, it's not me but reminds me of myself as a child on the beach).....

Scott and I have put many long and loving hours into making Arbor House the warm and welcoming Cottage that it is today.

So, 'welcome'....This is your home for the short time you are here.

Arbor House Beach Cottage is located on 6th Avenue, just four houses up and 150 steps to Twin Lakes State Beach.
