Inside, you’ll find brand-new flooring throughout and a thoughtfully designed layout perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private en-suite bath for ultimate comfort. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

Beautiful views, excellent property management

Great stay! Cute and comfy condo. Everything you need and right on the beach. Management company was amazing. Tina and Izzie took amazing care of us. Cleaning staff does a beautiful job. Thank you for a great stay.

Our family loved this property. It was very spacious for our family of 4. We didn’t lack anything as far as cooking utensils and supplies went. The unit was clean and fairly quiet. All surrounding tenants that we came in contact with were very kind. We have already considered staying here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We genuinely had a good time. However, if you are a light sleeper you may enjoy another unit better. We also had a small problem with a mouse eating our sandwich loaf. But alas, these things happen & nothing ruined our vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a smaller condo. With 2 couples, it felt a little cramped. It was clean (but candy wrappers under one bed), and the kitchen was ok, but all the cookware was beat-up, cheap non-stick, which is true of all rentals, I find. The deck flooded in the rain, but when it was dry it was nice to sit and listen to the ocean. Steps to the beach access—very convenient and an elevator.

Amazing beach, condo needs lots love

We just came back from a 9-day stay at Indian Beach. It was a great week because of the amazing beach, great pool and fun family memories. But the condo… needs a lot of love. Positives: space, living room, dining room. Negatives: dryer was broken all week, horrible smell in the condo (cat pee smell), old and smelly bedroom furniture, dirty comforters and mattresses (pee stains), dirty kitchen (cabinets still had old food and were a mess!), very dark in the condo (should add lighting), useless and rusted furniture on balcony, very old tubs, very dirty windows (dust, spider webs, bugs), floors get dirty easily, dust under beds, useless closets (they were full of owners decor accessories). We liked our stay due to the gorgeous beach, but we would not return to this unit nor recommend it. We would have loved to receive compensation for the broken dryer… It was not fun to have to hang our clothes outside all week - it never dried due to humidity. I understand that things break, but it was not acceptable to not get some kind of compensation. Upsetting.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, as advertised, extremely easy access to the beach. I stayed with my family which included two teenagers. There were some updates, however, that the owners need to make. The dryer was not opening, so the realty company sent over a technician who opened it, ordered a part, and suggested a workaround that we used for the remainder of the trip. The realty company staff assisted us with communicating this workaround. Also, the lever in the drain in the one of the bathrooms was stuck so that water would not drain, but we found a workaround by taping it open. We also noticed two cockroaches in the unit during our week's stay, so an exterminator needs to be called. It's an attractive unit overall, as depicted, but we thought that the owners should replace the mattresses in each bedroom since they were older and not as firm as we hoped. If guests enjoy having TVs in each bedroom and the living room, that amenity is there, but we only really watched one since we were out and about most of the time. Overall, we liked the proximity of Colony by the Sea to the ocean but would not choose this unit again, unless these updates were made.

Not meant as a review of owner

The property was where we wanted to be. In general the rental was good. However there were some problems with the smoke alarm, the washing machine and a broken tub drain that we contacted the rental agent about and we never heard any reply.

This unit has potential--but needs an overhaul.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, of the pictures describing the unit the first was of gorgeous Adirondack chairs facing the ocean. This was misleading as we, maybe stupidly, thought these were on OUR deck. It was the only property showing this picture, and having never been on the premises of Colony by the Sea, so we figured they were outside OUR unit. Nope. Our deck had one measly table with a broken leg, and three chairs with little ocean view. Disappointing. We found the unit dark and showing its age. It needs brightening up in the worst way (better and more bulbs maybe?) and devoid of mirrors. Mirrors in the bathrooms only are not enough. Suggest a mirror in the hallway and one in each bedroom--and maybe on in the great room. These would help brighten things up. The GreatRoom is HUGE but could use more decor and/or furniture. The clock on the stove did not work. And a clock in the Great Room and/or hallway would be helpful and a nice touch. And speaking of brightness, a light in the small bedroom's closet is badly needed. And an upgrade of the bathrooms is overdue. Bathtub in the larger bedroom was stopped up during our entire stay. In sum--a few hundred dollars would do a lot. A couple thousand or so would work wonders. 110 is simply showing its age, needs brightening up, a few upgrades, and, aside from the gorgeous sofas and Great Room rug, needs some serious redecorating. We would not rent this unit again. And we come to this area twice a year.

A wonderful stay

I’m so happy to be able to be the first person to give this condo a 5 star review!!! And there will be more to come I’m sure. We were hesitant to rent this condo at first because there weren’t any reviews, but I’m so happy we did!!!! You can tell the owner(s) have put some work into this condo. It was beautiful and most important CLEAN! We love how spacious the living space/kitchen was. It was fully stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils you could think of. We cooked all of our meals there. The oven and dishwasher could be upgraded but worked just fine for our needs. The couches looked brand new and the location was amazing! We would go out and watch the dolphins in the morning from the community rocking chairs. You are steps from the most quiet and relaxing beach. It’s located in a perfect family friendly area and we’re already working on when we can get back this summer.
