A Beautiful, Cozy and Relaxing place with beautiful pond view for families and friends. Close to Disney and all attractions. Clearwater beach is just 55mins away. Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment just right next door.
This is a second floor 2BR apartment with a beautiful pond view in a safe and gated community within 7 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park With excellent amenities like Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, game room, Play areas and ponds. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with a King bed in each. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for daily cooking.
Yet, a little secluded and quiet. Go out and have fun ⊠or just put your leg up on the couch and enjoy the water view. Dip into the community pool or get your legs working in the gym or tennis court. Ideal and affordable.
Pool and gym timings are 8am-10pm.
The TV does not have cable. It is connected to the internet however and the guest can login to their favorite apps using their own logins.
No SMOKING, No PARTIES and No Pets allowed. AC range is between 70-76.
We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.
We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.
Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.
Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.
No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

Right next to Disney and the parks. Close to great dining and shopping. Great set of amenities .. even a small nature trail!. Clean, Comfortable and Nicely decorated. Yet, affordable.
