***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:


• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)

Great family friendly unit!

Family of four adults and one teenager here for the AAU Volleyball National Championship. Great location with restaurants in walking distance and short distance to the event. Highly recommend!

The pool was excellent. The listing showed a pool view which was not true. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week. And the refrigerator water and ice was extremely slow. Otherwise everthing was good. Absolutely no working Internet and cell service

Great accommodations! Only thing is providing more than 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom for a week stay. We ran out in one bathroom before our stay was over.

Strong beginning marred by unfriendly neighbor(s).

The property met expectations. The space functioned well for me and my adult sons, notwithstanding the need to run to Publix to buy necessities (facial tissues and hand soap), and an under-supply of other items (paper towels). Favorably, property management was very responsive.Unfortunately, scowls from a neighbor as we departed marred the experience. Most were quite friendly. This person was the polar opposite.

Very Clean/Nice place

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the pool, very clean, comfortable beds. My only complaint would be when we were inside are phones would go to SOS every single time. That was a little frusterating. As soon as you went outside of the building the phones would work though. (Service is Verizon) Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Nice condo - exactly as billed

My wife and our adult daughter stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The condo is clean, comfortable, and a great base from which to enjoy all the attractions of Orlando.

Great Place

Clean and suited needs for 6 days. Pool is only 2 min walk. Grocery store and several dining options are walkable. Approx. a 8-10 min drive to Convention Center. ONLY negative about this property was the lack of Wifi. Our cell phones were in Emergency SOS mode 90% of the time, making it difficult to call or text loved ones and to order an Uber. Would stay again and recommend.

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This was our second time staying there. It is always very clean. The only thing I would recommend is a Keurig coffee machine.

Great location for Sea World and Disney Springs

Perfect location for Sea World and not a bad drive to get to Disney World. Quiet, gated community with a Publix and a few restaurants within short walking distance. The condo was spacious and had plenty of sleeping arrangements. Everything was very clean. We accidentally left a blankie behind and the company was great to work with to get it returned to us. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future for anything we are doing in Orlando.

The location is great to the convention center and not far from so many more activities. This place was very nice, clean and kitchen well supplied. Maybe could put more mirrors in the place or ceiling fans but that is a personal preference. Would stay here again.

We have enjoyed our stay in your condo. It is very clean and well done. The only thing I would change is having more of the essentials like dish soap, wash clothes, toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels.

Affordable easy rental

Overall it was a great property. I wish they had more amnesties in the kitchen. I like to cook more and the kitchen was very bare.
