My wife Amara and I are excited to be new owners of this luxurious property in the North End of Ocean City! It is a property that we dream about during the cold and dreary days of winter as a true vacation getaway! It is ideal for a multigenerational family parents, kids and grandparents can vacation with aunts, uncles and cousins under one roof and have plenty of space to spread out.

The house has a state-of-the-art technology and entertainment system with Wifi, Google Smart Home, Roku TV Streaming, 4K TVs, Sonos sound system. We are committed to offer a fair price for a 'home' that is nicer and has more amenities than any other home in its price range on the north end.

Great House for Large Family

Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City for over 30 years. As our families have grown, we needed to find a house in our favorite North End location, that accommodate all of us. This house and location was perfect! Jason and Amara were very responsive leading up to our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Park Place Perfect in OCNJ

The home worked extremely well for my family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children. The finishings were well above average and it was clean and in excellent condition. Each adult bedroom had an on suite bathroom which is a huge plus. Move in and out using the elevator was also a superior feature. Stairs to the unit are enclosed adding to comfort in the heat and safety. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was immediately reachable for questions and highly responsive. We highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was spacious and well equipped and the neighbor or hood was quiet and well kept. The owners were very responsive before and after our stay, and went to great lengths to try to find my glasses that I lost. Would stay again!
