House is very spacious. Plenty of room to host a gathering. Basement had games for adults and toys for kids (we were all adults). Plenty of sleeping arrangements. Pool was decent. Friends used Hot Tub (did suggest to host to put outdoor light for hot tub ) can’t be used once the sun goes down. But the place was great.

Pros: Great Mountain View’s, I loved the surrounding nature, the space was perfect for our family of 7. We absolutely loved the game room and the atmosphere of the living room. Rooms were very spacious, there were 3 bathrooms and lots of carpeting. Amenities were up to date. There was a washer and dryer, the high ceilings were great. Cons: Pool was extremely filthy, there was algae and garbage in the pool. I had to buy the chlorine myself to try to get the pool clean so my family could enjoy it. Pool took about 2 days to get cleaned so we ended up just cleaning it for others to enjoy because we couldn’t. There are ticks in the backyard which is understandable as we’re in nature. The bedsheets were definitely not the cleanest, I smelled pee in one of the beds. The basement where the playroom is was always extremely cold even with the heat on. There are no lights where the hot-tub area was so after dark. Overall it would be better experience if they improved the cleaning.

Great place to stay in the Poconos

Large property with enough room to accommodate 3 families with kids. Basement is setup as a playing room with plenty of toys, games, and a pool table. Property is located near many attractions. We enjoyed the stay here.

I can only be honest with this review. There are pros and cons to this rental. We had a great stay, but the property/ house needs some help. Pros: beds are super comfortable, the rooms were very nice, Hot tub was great, location was great, view was nice, host was very fast with responses, tons of fun toys for the kids, there were a ton of towels which we need for a family of 5, the house was very spacious!Cons: the house needs repairs and a little TLC. The weeds outside are overwhelming however it was nice someone came to cut the grass, We were welcomed with a huge pile of trash, the pool was not swimmable, the bottom was slimy which means the water is not treated properly (there was no chlorine in it), there was exposed tack stripping right in the entrance where carpet has been worn away, a few of us hurt our feet, I finally just covered it with something, the cookware is pretty rough and needs updated. Stains on couches and carpet.In closing, this house would be so amazing with some much needed help. The host was great.

Holiday House

Every year our family looks for a perfect spot to relax in December before the madness of the holidays. This house was perfect! There was something for kids at every age level and plenty of sleeping spot and room to play. The park nearby was great for the kids, the little shops fun for the moms, and the Lakeside Restaurant had a great band and good times for all! We can’t wait to do it again!

Big & Beautiful

Huge property that fit 4 small families with ease. Beautiful as well...the pictures do not do it justice. Convenient for skiing and the basement game room was a hit for the kids. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing trip!

Vyotek was so responsive even before booking his property with any questions I had. The house was extremely spacious for all of my guests and the kitchen was stocked with any and all appliances. There was enough parking on site and the whole house was clean and beds were super comfy! Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!!

A spacious family, friendly spot

The host was super communicative, thorough and helpful! Check in process was smooth and the space is large, family-friendly with lots of options for sleeping with bunkbeds. It was too cold to hang out outside, but there was a playground and ample outdoor space for the kids to run around. There was also a bunch of toys in the finished basement, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully outfitted with utensils and dishes, just bring your own coffee! We would definitely book again!

Lots of space

The house has lots of space and is set up nicely for large gatherings. We were there for a rehearsal dinner and wedding in the Stroudsburg area so we really didn’t spend much time in the house. The living room/dining area is great for getting together with everyone and the basement game room has several games for adults and lots of kids toys. Would recommend the home for large families or groups visiting that area.

Great House!

Awesome house and amenities. Stayed for a couple nights with 2 families and the house was great! Fully stocked with everything. Very clean! Owner was super responsive when we reached out and we had no issues at all. Game room in basement was a huge hit for the kids and the deck with BBQ and outdoor fire pit were perfect! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful house for big family

We had a great New Year Eve with that house.We were 21 including children.everything was great and my family and my friends family enjoyed.Hause was huge and there was enough places for kids to play.There’s only disappointed thing is kitchen sink clogged and washing machine doesn’t work.Thank you

Figgins Lane property

The house was just the right size for our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 children ranging in age 2-9) We had nearby attractions to visit and best of all was the CamelBack Water Park. There were a few small things with the house but our host is correcting them. Nothing that interfered with the wonderful family time we enjoyed!!

Good for Us

Plenty of space. Well-equipped kitchen. Great basement play room. Room set up was good for us. No waiting for an open lavatory. The preteens ways to play with outdoors, even with only some leftover snow in the yard (it was a nearly snow-free December). 20 minutes or so to roller skating and a neat rock park — really.

Excellent house 🏠 with spectacular view!!

We had a blast as it was a get together with my siblings. We spent some quality time with my family and the house/ environment made it 100X better. We fell in love with the house at first sight…. Texted the host Voytek right away letting him know how much we are enjoying the house and view. I had back to back two trips with one day of gap in between and for both Voytek was our host. He was very prompt in replying to the messages and helpful as well. ….. Voytek , just so you know I am coming back next year 😜….. thank you for help throughout our journey!!!

New Years Weekend

This property was great! Voytek was very responsive and accommodating. The house was bigger than the pictures showed. The kids loved the bunk beds, huge bean bag chair and basement. The location is great too! We found a cute little winery (Blue Ridge Winery) about 11 minutes from the house and we were so close to all the local ski resorts. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with Dishes, glasses, etc. Only downside was the grill Was a little rusty looking and wasn’t working when we tried to use it but Voytek said he would fix it. We were sad we never got a chance to use the little fire pit but the weather didn’t allow for it 🤷🏻‍♀️. Overall, a great way to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021!

Fine Not Great

My friends and I had a nice stay here. We enjoyed our time. The sleeping quarters were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (except for no oven mitts that we could find). My friends and I have come to the area many times to stay for a long weekend. Normally, the stay we choose is based in part on the amenities. Here, we found the amenities were incomplete and misleading. E.g. the pool table did not have a cue ball, the table tennis table had no net, ALL of the shuffleboard discs had the color top broken off, and the foosball table only had ping pong balls to use. The pool was very cloudy and smaller than anticipated. I will grant the grace that there was a thunderstorm a day or two before we arrived but the filtration system did not appear to be doing much. The pool was shocked before we arrived and did not clear up much, if at all. There was an unexpected and large variety of kids toys, books, and trinkets. If one is to come here for a stay with their kids, I’m sure it would be well-enjoyed based on the positive things I’ve said above. Otherwise, I would use caution before booking.
