Charming Home in Quiet Picturesque Neighborhood

Charming, comfortable home with no houses across the street, only a greenbelt and picturesque hills. House is 1675 sq. feet, has three bedrooms with four beds and sleeps 6 maximum. It has 2 and a half baths, a gas fireplace, 42" Satellite TV and is fully furnished and equipped with all essentials. Private and lovely backyard and patio with gas grill and furniture. Two pools and a tennis court in common areas available for guests' use.

Guests will be required to sign rental agreements upon booking, and provide a photo of a valid driver's license. Upon request, a $100 interim cleaning fee may be assessed (changing sheets and laundry not included) in addition to the $200 vacating cleaning fee. Gas, Electric and Water are paid by tenant.
