L'appartement est bien et la literie aussi. Il pourrait être mieux équipé avec un four micro ondes et une plaque gaz plus récente.

Altes Appartment ohne Charme

Grundsätzlich sauber und funktional, jedoch eng und alte Möbel, die auch mal auseinander fallen (zb. Schubladen). Wir hatten leider das Appartment in einem Haus zwei Strassen vom Pool entfernt. Da der Pool jedoch überhaupt nix für Kinder sondern nur für Sonnenlieger ist, war es egal. (Kein Springen, Laufen, etc.) Die unmittlerbare Umgebung der Wohnung war jedoch auch nicht sehr erbaulich. Am meisten ärglich war jedoch das Fehlen von Basics: Schwamm, Geschirrtuch, Spülmittel, etc.

Apartament położony w cichym miejscu. Do sklepu i pierwszej kawiarni z pyszną kawą 200m. Apartament moim zdaniem tylko dla 4 osób, ponieważ dwie następne osoby spały by na kanapie z roku 1979 :) , ciężko się na niej siedziało a co dopiero spało. Po wymianie na nową będzie apartament dla 6 osób. W domu czysto. W biurze na miejscu bardzo miła i pomocna Pani. Pan natomiast naburmuszony. Ogólnie za tą cenę polecam. Blisko do Chioggi - 20 minut jazdy samochodem. Do Wenecji godzina jazdy.

Angenehme Wohnung

Wohnung im 1. OG des Hauses Capri mit Blick auf Pool. Sauberer Gesamteindruck. Küche ist abgewohnt, ausreichend mit Töpfen usw. ausgestattet. Stühle in der Wohnung sollten erneuert werden. Pool ist sehr großzügig und ab der ersten Septemberwoche sehr wenig genutzt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. WLAN funktionierte in der Wohnung, da Wohnung direkt über Büro der Anlage. Glück gehabt!

Le minimum

Tout d'abord le personnel d'accueil masculin est très désagréable. L'appartement était très sale et bous avons du re- nettoyer la salle de bains et la plaque de cuisson. La literie est médiocre et proche de s'écrouler Le filtre de sélection et mensonger, il n'y a pas wifi dans la location mais a 200 mètres pendant les horaires d'ouverture de la réception Les points positifs : très belle piscine, spacieuse, il y a de la place et des transats a n'importe quelle heure. La location et proche de la mer et de nombreux petits commerces. La pizzeria XXX ( qui gère la piscine) fait de très bonne pizzas, a recommander. Une machine a laver ( non mentionnée sur descritif)

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris du temps de nous envoyer votre avis et sommes navrés d'apprendre que votre séjour ne s'est pas passé comme vous le souhaitiez. Vos remarques concernant le mauvais comportement et le ménage ont été transmises à nos collègues locaux afin que cela ne se reproduise plus. Au sujet de la connexion WIFI qui se situe au-devant de la réception et à 80 mètres de l'appartement, fonctionne 24h/24h. A propos de la literie, ceux-ci sont fournis par jeu d'ensemble double ou simple par une laverie industrielle que malheureusement nous ne permet pas de contrôler. Malgré cela, nous espérons avoir la chance de vous accueillir une nouvelle fois dans un de nos logements.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Der Pool war sehr schön und sauber. Gut wäre, wenn in allen Wohnungen WLAN verfügbar wäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Il était un peu froid du fait que nous étions les premiers locataires de la saison certainement mais aussi par ce que la climatisation n'était pas suffisamment forte pour réchauffer le bas de la maison. Très calme en ce début de saison.

Appartamento pulito e in ordine. Dotazion adeguate ma manca un ferro da stiro.

Soggiorno a meta' Settembre quindi a termine stagione e di conseguenza pochi ospiti nel villaggio. Ottimo per chi ama la tranquillita'. Le spiagge sono libere ma senza attrezzature in quanto i bagni hanno terminato la stagione. 15 Km di spiaggia a disposizione. Non adatto agli amanti di Rimini. Abbiamo chiesto un'estensione del soggiorno ottenuta senza problema. La zona Sud della penisola presenta una pineta ed un ambiente naturale e affascinante.
