Om morgenen, gå ud på din ekspansive balkon for at sidde og nyd din morgen kop. Mens du er der, hold øje med delfinbælgene, da de krydser nord for at fodre. Hvis du er heldig, vil du fange babyerne legende spring. Beautiful place to stay!

Very pretty little house near the sea. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts, Katherine and Matt, are extremely kind and welcoming.

Wonderful stay! Katt was so helpful and responded promptly to any questions. The cottage was tastefully decorated and so clean! We were welcomed with a fresh load of local bread for an extra special touch. The beach is steps across the road with the most beautiful clear turquoise water I have ever seen! You can snorkel right at the beach. Wonderful!

Wonderful place to stay

We loved the location! It was only steps to the beach. The place was just the right size for the two of us. Matt and Katt were easily available for questions or help. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Perfect little place in the heart of the Bimini villas! Easy beach access with all the beach amenities needed & local food places within walking distance. Everything was clean & all the basic necessities were provided. 10/10 recommend!

A wonderful time at katts kottages

There are not enough words to describe how perfect our stay was with Katt and Matt. As hosts, they were so helpful, and laid back. The house had everything we needed! Katt thought of everything. It was so peaceful and the ac worked perfectly. The view of the ocean is indescribable! It’s so blue, it looked like it was glowing. We were about to cross the street, and get right into the ocean. We also rented the golf cart. It was fun! It gave us the opportunity to go where we wanted. The cart was all we needed. I cannot wait to go back, and we will stay with Katt, again! Don’t hesitate, book the house!

FABULOUS VACATION!!!

Best water ever! Crystal clear! Just a few steps from the Kottage! Hosts, Katt and Matt, were wonderful! Sunshine and 75 degrees 24/7 the entire week! Can’t get much better! Book it…. You won’t be disappointed!

Truly the beat place to stay in Bimini!!

I cannot recommend Katt and Matt more to anyone that wants to travel to Bimini! They were so sweet and helpful the entire trip. They picked us up from the water taxi and brought us there when it was time to leave. We were steps away from the most beautiful beach that is adjacent to Radio Beach. We were in walking distance to Neal Watson’s which is where we snorkeled. Everything about our trip was perfect and it is all thanks to Katt and Matt! We cannot wait to come back!!

Quaint and excellent location

Fantastic stay. Started with a warm smile and a hug from Katt. The property is steps from Radio beach. Close enough to the pubs for a drink but far enough to be quieter. The kottage was very clean and cute and had all the modern ammenities needed. Great location to walk to several retaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we come back.

Beautiful location and Wonderful Host

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts gave informative instructions in order to get to the cottage. Hosts were also both always available for anything needed and recommendations. The cottage has many thoughtful touches as well as a beautiful location, steps from the beach. The use of their paddle board, umbrella, floats and beach towels were much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to their place again.

Piece of heaven

Bimini has water that is unequalled anywhere. Alice Town is the real deal and not just another resort town. Katt and Matt are the best. Gave our stay the special touches and her bread is to die for. If you’re going to Bimini, don’t stay anywhere else.

Truly a Little Piece of Paradise

We're still talking about the wonderful 5 days we had at Katt's Kottage, and how we can go back next year for a longer period of time. From the time we were picked up at the water taxi dock by Katt to the moment she dropped us back there to leave, everything was perfect. The people we met, the food we ate, our lazy days days spent in or on the water - it was like an amazing dream. The accommodations are perfect. We can't wait to return!

The Best

The Kottages are so comfortable and located at the beach. Katt is the consummate hostess. Great communication, no hidden charges, and accesible. Definitely will seek to stay here anytime I stay in Bimini. Can’t get any better.

Katt's Kottage

My wife and I spent the month of November, 2012 at the cottage. We gave 5 stars--1 each for Katt and Matt. One star each for the property, proximity to everthing and the residents of Bimini. We plan to be back next year.

we had a most relaxing ti...

we had a most relaxing time here. it was my 60th birthday present. when we arrived,matt picked us up,katt took us to the grocery store and to the beer store. the ocean and beach was great, the people friendly and the food awesome. we had all we needed and enjoyed our time. thanks matt and katt.

The perfect getaway!

Do not hesitate to book a stay at Katt's Kottages! We stayed in the one bedroom unit and it was exactly as described in the Vrbo listing, except better! In 60 seconds or less you can go from your exceptionally clean and tidy Kottage to one of the nicest beaches on Bimini. We were provided with every amenity we needed, including coffee for the coffee maker, ice cubes in the freezer for drinks, and detailed information about where to get the things we needed during our stay. The chairs and umbrella we set up under on the beach every day were comfortable and easy to tote back and forth from the unit, and there were also floating hammocks, a kayak and paddle board available for us to use if we felt adventurous. The area is quiet at night and the air conditioner blows cold when you want to escape the heat. There are great places to eat at nearby, and places to get provisions (Snacks, Kalik and Ricardo Rum) are within easy walking distance. We came for the beach and mostly stayed there during our trip. If you want to avoid the tourist trap vibe and live among/like a local, Katt's is the place to stay.We will definitely be back!

Katt was amazing!!! Bimin...

Katt was amazing!!! Bimini was a beautiful place and the cute cottage we were in had everything we needed for a romantic honeymoon. My husband and I wanted to go fishing out on the flats and Katt arranged everything for us and we had a wonderful day out on the water. Thanks again... and we will be back soon.
