Nice place and view over Nice

A small but great apartment located east of the city center. Busstop outside the house takes you easily downtown or to the beautiful town and beach at Villefransche sur Mar. Noëlle was a great hostest.

Excellent stay in a very clean and well located apartment

Very warm welcome by Noëlle who provided all the information needed on the apartment. Very nice location close to the port and the paths of Mont Boron. Parking one flight of stairs below the apartment is very convenient.

Lovely apartment with pool and good transport connections

Secure Compact apartment with communal pool . The Aircon was great as it had silent mode. Warm welcome from Noelle who didn't speak English and I didn't speak French but we communicated well using Google translate and WhatsApp. She was helpful , lending me her shopping trolley. Had the best sleep as the room was dark with shutters down and quiet.There was 2 sun loungers at the poolside for the apartment which was great. The main beach area was a 30 minute walk and is Peebles ,there is a shower and a toilet (very basic and not clean). The water was lovely.There is lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away but a steeper walk back. 3 buses stop at the bus stop next to the building but the no.15 was extremely full most times. There was a communal washing machine (4 euros) and dryer in the building and at the apartment a balcony area to dry clothes and sit

Appartement bien situé entre le port de Nice et les villages vers l'est. Petit mais très fonctionnel. Vue magnifique sur la terrasse piscine/mer. Un grand merci à Noelle notre ange gardien!!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Joli petit appartement

Très bon séjour dans ce joli petit appartement. Très propre et bien agencé pour sa petite surface. Balcon très agréable avec superbe vue sur la mer. Contact facile avec le propriétaire et super accueil par Noëlle. Parfait pour nous 4, en ces vacances de Toussaint. Merci
