Great location for our two week stay in Nice. Easy access to train station and several dining options. Roxanne was very responsive and gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Building is very quiet considering location. Would stay again!

It was the perfect combination of being in a central location in Nice but in a quiet inside garden with friendly and outstanding support by the owners deputy (Roxanne). We had a great time in Nice and will come back next year to the same place.

Property centrally located to Old Town and conveniently located to the Promenade. The patio over looking the garden was lovely. And Roxanne was a pleasure and very helpful during our stay.

Great stay and wonderful hostess!

Our stay was very pleasant and Roxanne our hostess was absolutely a delight as she took care of every request. The location is the best you can ask for as it is close to everything including restaurants, shopping and of course across the street from the beach area. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with little attention to details such as proper sized linens for the bed and more comfortable pillows. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

Great communication with this host!

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The location was perfect and Roxanne’s suggestions and communication exceeded expectations. We prefer to stay in rentals when we travel and this was a good one. We walked everywhere, slept comfortably and were able to eat our lunches at home each day.

Great Place

We had a great 7 night stay. Very comfortable and well stocked with towels and paper products. Great location. We walked to most all the sites and restaurants. Eat at the recommended restaurants. Great place to enjoy the promenade and easy transport to Monaco, Antibe and others.

The property is beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. It is very centrally located! Right across from the beach, few feet from some of the best restaurants in town. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Location in Nice

We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again.

Ideal Location

We enjoyed our stay in Nice thanks to the perfect location of this apt. All main attractions; Restaurants, beach, parks and rail all within walking distance. A special thanks to our host Roxanne. 5 days in Paradise

We spent 5 days in Nice. The location is amazing and the 1 bedroom apartment was large, clean and had everything that we needed. Roxanne was amazing from the moment we booked the apartment, during check-in and all throughout our stay. She offered several suggestions for places that might interest us. She always responded quickly to any of our questions. It was also nice to have a large balcony.

Short Stay in Nice

Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning a longer visit in the near future and this apt will be our go to.

Great location on promenade and close to all facilities

Roxanne was amazing and very helpful (thankyou). The apartment, with a great courtyard balcony, is effectively on the Nice promenade and beach and has extensive restaurants and facilities nearby. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Old Town also. Parking is not easy - but the apartment has access to a car park downstairs if advised / requested in advance (we didnt know and paid 25 Euro a night). But everything else was great - easy drive to Monaco, Saint Tropez, Touron etc.

Garden of Paradise

The location is perfect, the building is clean and secure. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious with double sliding doors to large balcony that overlooks the meticulously designed and maintained gardens, modern, lovely, and beautiful. This was our first visit but definitely not the last visit. Roxanne assisted with our check in and walked us through all the details needed for our 2 week stay. She was always a text away if needed. She is sincerely kind, caring, and helpful.
