Percival`s Perch at The Judge Jones Historic Homes
A beautiful new space in a 100-year-old home in the historic district of downtown Flagstaff! This upper level of the home has its own porch with views of the San Francisco Peaks and Mars Hill (Lowell Observatory), and a relaxing and spacious layout that can accommodate longer stays as well as short stopovers to adventure in Northern Arizona. Just a short couple blocks walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants.
Welcome to our charming short-term rental property, nestled within a spacious 7-unit compound consisting of two homes. This particular unit is perched above the main house, boasting its own private entrance via an upper porch. Inside, you`ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The separate bedroom features a brand-new mattress and fresh bedding for your comfort. Entertainment options abound with a Smart TV offering access to Netflix and other apps. The bathroom has been recently renovated, showcasing all-new fixtures, and you`ll enjoy the convenience of heating and air conditioning. Plus, on-site parking awaits you just at the base of the exterior stairs. Whether you prefer bar seating or a spacious dining area, there are various options for you to feel right at home.
While staying with us, you`ll also have access to a shared backyard space, which is occasionally frequented by other guests and their dogs – all are welcome to enjoy it.
The living area offers picturesque views framed by original restored windows. Here, you`ll find a comfortable sofa and chair for reading or relaxing.
From the porch, you can even catch a glimpse of Lowell Observatory, located just up the street. Nearby attractions include frisbee golf and Thorpe Park, complete with a children`s playground and tennis courts. The property owner resides on-site, just below your space, and is more than happy to offer suggestions for dining and activities during your stay.
One important note: The exterior staircase leading to the entrance has been recently rebuilt and is well-lit with solar lighting. However, please keep in mind that it may not be suitable for very young children or individuals with mobility issues. If this is a concern, we have ground-level accommodations available in the Aspen and Park Historic Homes that may better suit your needs – feel free to inquire!

Clean , comfortable and well appointed. The location is absolutely perfect for us. Close to downtown, yet also just minutes away from bike trails and a lovely park with exc3hiking.
Cozy little spot, close to all of the downtown life.
The apartment was as advertised. It was so close to all of the restaurants and downtown that we walked everywhere. Easy check in and safe off the street parking.
Its near downtown, Great places to go, the Lowell Observatory is near, everything is in walking distance. People are friemdly, not loud. Excellent place.
We loved our stay. The place was perfect and super cute. Very clean and Dan, the host, is great! We have stayed in another one of their rentals and was just as impressed. Every Flagstaff vacation (my son and grand daughter live there) we will stay at one of Dan's rentals, if available.
Perceval’s Perch proved the perfect landing spot for us. Family and friends just down the block. Both room and window air conditioners helped us beat the heat. Even though we didn’t really use kitchen, it seemed adequately stocked.
Literally 3 mins away from downtown, easy parking, super clean and surprisingly spacious. Was able to stay for the weekend and visit downtown and the snowbowl. Very friendly host and pricing was very fair.
This Vrbo exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to so many places downtown. Cozy tv area to hang out in. Kitchen with cookware. Highly recommend!
