Small, cosy, comfortable single-family house "Casina del Sole", 5 m a.s.l., built in 2021. 7 km from the centre of Camaiore, on the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Lido di Camaiore, 4.5 km from the centre of Viareggio, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 850 m from the sea, 850 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, well-kept garden 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 2 m, depth 122 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, bicycles available. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change 2 times per week (suppl. charge extra). Alles bestens

Das Haus wurde ganz neu gemacht und war in top Zustand. Hatte alles was man benötigt. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit u.a. Zitronen-, Oliven- und Granatapfelbäumen. Das Haus ist etwas abseits vom Trubel und doch sehr zentral. Sehr nette Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub im Paradies

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll. Man fühlt sich ab dem ersten Moment wohl. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön angelegt und vollständig eingezäunt. Die Promenade ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, trotzdem wohnt man fernab des Trubels. Die Vermieter waren äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie!

Viel Platz im um das Haus, perfekt für 3 Personen. Schöner überdachter Sitzplatz in gepflegtem Garten. Wir haben es genossen. Auto und Fahrräder stehen sicher in eingezäuntem Grundstück.

Betrug

Wir hatten die Unterkunft bis einschließlich 14.05 gebucht. Am 13.05. Steht um 10:00 Uhr der Vermieter vor der Tür und will die Unterkunft für den nächsten Gast herrichten. Da hat sich herausgestellt, dass am 13.05. Bereits die nächsten Gäste anreisen. Es wurde also ein Tag doppelt vermietet. Wir haben uns darauf hin bereit erklärt die Unterkunft vorzeitig zu räumen, hätten diesen Tag aber gerne zurückerstattet bekommen. Der letzte Urlaubstag war mit viel Stress und Unannehmlichkeiten verbunden. Eine Rückerstattung des verlorenen Tsges hat nicht stattgefunden.

Sehr sehr freundliche Vermieter

... sehr nette Vermieter, wohnen auf den Nachbar Grundstück, lassen ein aber in Ruhe, wenn man sie braucht sind sie aber sofort da. Wir werden hier mit Sicherheit nochmal unseren Urlaub verbringen auch wenn das Lalü Lala vom Krankenwagen von der Hauptstraße zu höhren war.

Perfect vakantiehuis met een geweldige tuin en zwembad. Mooie locatie. Van de drukke doorgaande weg merk je weinig, alleen als de ambulance voorbij komt. Dit is regelmatig. Ook is het goed opletten met oversteken. Zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind Top. Ein wenig stört der Vehrkehrslärn, aber nicht wirklich. Kurze Wege da Zentrumsnah und auch zum Strand. Dieses Ferienhaus kann man Problemlos Weiterempfehlen. Nette Vermieter gleich Nebenan, helfen bei Problemen sofort weiter. Es war sehr schön dort und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Proprietari molto gentili, disponibili e discreti. Casa fresca di ristrutturazione accurata, dotata di ogni confort, in posizione strategica, vicino a tutto ciò che serve. Giardino spazioso e molto ben curato. Abbiamo avuto delle meravigliose vacanze. Un posto in cui tornare.

Dům je malý, velmi útulný a úplně nový - fotky neodpovídají skutečnosti, domek byl celý postaven znovu. Je dokonale čistý, v krásné rozkvetlé zahradě. Splňuje absolutně všechno, co k dovolené potřebujete.

Ferienhaus Casina del Sole

Die Familie ist sehr nett, der Garten ist grossartig, das Bungalow zweckmässig. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Matratzen sind leider nicht so gut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, leider muss eine stark befahrene Strasse ohne Ampel oder Fussgängerstreifen überquert werden.

Wir waren zu zweit mit einem Hund.... Es war traumhaft.... Für mehr als 2 Personen zu klein.... Aber so perfekt.... Küche hat alles, was man braucht.... Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett.... Jederzeit gerne wieder....
