this lovely little house is perfect for your holiday in Tuscany. It is wonderful for 2, but can accomodate up to 4 people. The house is full of charm but is also perfectly equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, stove and oven, barbecue and WiFi of course ! it has its own garden with loungers and dinner table facing the most gorgeous landscape of hills, olive trees, cypreses , palms and perfect agricultrural land . The property is very large , and has a long private 12 X 4 m pool ( shared only with occupants of the larger house ,if present) from the little house a private path leads directly to your private side of the pool equipped with umbrellas, loungers and small tables, the property is the last of a charming village just out of an artist’s sketchbook on top of a hill where time has stopped , the perfect place for « dolce farniente »from the parking space to the house you have to go about 200 on foot, we provide help ( wherl barrow, carts) for carrying your luggage

A place of paradise!

My two children (10 and 13) couldnt have hoped for a more special place to spend our holiday. The house really was charming, the pool was gorgeous and the views were stunning. The proximity to shops and beautiful Lucca was amazing too. Thank you Nina for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

Great views. The little villa is ok but a little tired and could do with a refreshing. Access is up a steep slope, not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The lady who looks after the property is very helpful.

Wonderful

We wanted to see a different part of Tuscany to the north of the typical Pisa, Sienna, Florence triangle. We chose here for Lucca, and are so glad we did. The little villa was great with everything we needed, marrying taste and practicality. The gardens splendid, pool excellent, views amazing, hosts wonderful. Nina & Giulio we felt privileged to have shared your small piece of paradise up in the hills and to have met you, thanks for your hospitality. We hope to come back.

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit fantastischem Blick auf die Landschaft. Das Haus selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Der tolle Pool im Garten vorbei an Olivenbäumen sorgt für eine Erfrischung und Entspannung.Die Eigentümer sind sehr gastfreundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Abholung und der Transport des Gepäcks mit dem Golf Car war für uns eine nette Überraschung.Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und man erreicht den Supermarkt und Lucca in nur wenigen Autominuten. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und auch mit dem Rennrad sehr gut zu erkunden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Séjour parfait ! Propriétaires adorables et d'une gentillesse rare, un cadre sublime avec une vue à couper le souffle, dans une petite maison toscane pleine de charme et fonctionnelle. La piscine est idéale pour se détendre, beaucoup de lieux emblématiques italiens à visiter avec peu de route.... Un vrai coup de cœur !

Schönes Haus und tolle Lage nahe Lucca

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem schönen toskanischen Haus mit einem tollen Blick auf die umliegende Gegend. Nina und ihr Mann waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und die besten Strände in Viareggio und Forte dei Marmi gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Gastgeber und das Haus mit Pool uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne wieder

Geräumiges Haus mit gut eingerichteter Küche für den täglichen Bedarf. Wahnsinnige Aussicht mit wunderschöner toskanischer Kleinstadt (Lucca) in direkter Nähe! Mit den reizenden Gastgebern geteilter Pool! Wunderbar!

Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen

Leider war in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt, dass der Zugang zur Unterkunft beschwerlich war! Die Koffer mussten wir mit einem Schubkarren vom Autoparkplatz ca. 200Meter weit bergauf transportiert werden! Zudem funktionierte z.B. der Gasherd nicht! In der Dusche sowie in der Küche kein warmes Wasser. Einzig schön war die Aussicht und der Pool. Dringende Renovierungsarbeiten am Ferienhaus von Nöten!!! .

We hebben enorm genoten van het heerlijke zwembad, het uitstekend geoutilleerde huis en het werkelijk fenomenale uitzicht. Het enige waar we spijt van hadden, was dat we slechts een week geboekt hadden. We hadden nog wel langer willen blijven!

Wirklich genau das Richtige

Zehn Nächte mit Familie, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Hochsommerliche Temperaturen (Mitte Juli), und wir waren lieber am Pool und im Haus, als ans Meer oder nach Florenz oder Pisa zu fahren… Da das Haus oben am Hang liegt, ist es auch nicht ganz so heiß wie in der Ebene. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern, viele gute Tips für Essen, Einkaufen etc. - rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Schöne Lage und tolle Casina

Ich war mit meinem Mann und beiden Kindern (6 + 9 Jahre) dort. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Der Pool ist wunderschön angelegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Casina ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Grill. Nina gab uns tolle Ausflugstipps, auch für die Kinder. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein kleines Paradies

Für den, der Ruhe liebt und Entschleunigung sucht, ist dieses Häuschen in der Nähe von Lucca genau das Richtige. Lesen unter den alten Olivenbäumen, Schwimmen im wunderschönen, großen Pool, Aperitivo mit Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel - für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub! Die Casina ist vollständig ausgestattet, ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, und Lucca und das Meer erreicht man in kurzer Zeit. Zudem hat die Casina wunderbare Gastgeber: diskret, aber immer ansprechbar. Danke, Nina und Julio, für die vielen guten Tipps und die interessanten, anregenden Gespräche. Wir haben uns bei euch wirklich zu Hause gefühlt!

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans cette maison offrant tout le confort souhaité, au calme avec une vue éblouissante sur la campagne Toscane. Florence, Pise, Lucca (ma préférée) sont,au plus, à une heure de route. N'hésitez pas à venir à Aquiléa (l'épicerie-bar vaut le détour) vous serez merveilleusement accueillis par Nina et Giulio, deux hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse et de très bons conseils, nous avons rencontré deux belles personnes, encore merci à eux. Frédéric et Stéphane.

Traumhafter Urlaub vor den Toren von Lucca

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Pool der Extraklasse ist ebenfalls nutzbar und hat einen hervorragenden Blick in die Ferne.

Tolle Auszeit in der Toskana

Die Villa ist iebevoll eingerichtet und in schöner Lage mit weitem Blick über die toskanische Landschaft. Dazu ein genialer Pool, also alles für eine gute Zeit in dieser schönen Ecke Italiens. Nina hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank!

die Casina war schön und sehr gut ausgestattet ( gute Pfannen!) Die Lage toll und ein traumhafter Pool mit wunderschönen Ausblick in die Toskana. Der kleine Alimentari im Ort sehr urig und Freitags gab es sehr gute Pizza. Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr angenehm, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, aber auch zurückhaltend. Paradis toscan

Nous avons vite adopté la « Casina », petite maison décorée avec goût et générosité, pleine de charme et confortable. Séjour idyllique au milieu des oliviers, dans un cadre paisible. La vue depuis la piscine est à couper le souffle ! La piscine elle-même est très belle et bien équipée. La propreté est parfaitement entretenue. La petite route enlacée et les quelque 100 mètres à faire à pied par une ruelle pittoresque ne font qu’ajouter au charme de l’endroit. Beaucoup de visites à faire dans les environs. Nous espérons revenir bientôt ! Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires, mais les échanges par mail ont été rapides et sympathiques. Nous avons été accueillis par Michela, une voisine chaleureuse et dévouée. Merci !
