Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: roof terrace. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 12 km pebble beach 5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
5-room house 120 m2. Practical furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV and international TV channels (flat screen), DVD. Dining room. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Très beau sejours, belle maison, belle piscine mais quelques points à revoir eclairage sur terrasse haute et salon de jardin à renouveler. Mais je finis en disant tres bonne location. A refaire en ce qui nous concerne

Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand, zwar etwas älter aber gepflegt. Ausstattung ist reichlich vorhanden, es fehlt nur an Kleinigkeiten. Die Aussenbeleuchtung ist leider nur spärlich vorhanden, was aber keinen wirklichen Nachteil darstellt.

la verdad, respetiremos, nos ha gustado mucho ,se nos ha hecho corto ,pero era un chalet grande con una gran piscina donde los niños han disfrutado mucho, respecto a otros temas del chalet tengo que decir que soy alérgica al polvo, y los filtros del aire acondicionado creo que no se han limpiado nunca por lo que lo pase fatal, por no decir, que el chalet le hace falta pintura ,al ser gotele gordo las paredes tienen mucho polvo incluso telarañas, por espacio grande y bonito pero antiguo.

Ein schönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Pool. Der Außenbereich ist leider so gut wie gar nicht beleuchtet, so hat man auf der Terrasse kein Licht zum Lesen oder sonstigen Aktivitäten, besonders weil es in der Nachsaison früher dunkel wird, haben wir etwas Licht vermisst. Eine Ankunft im Dunklen wird somit auch zum ersten Geduldsspiel, da der Schlüsselbund mit insgesamt 9 Schlüsseln nicht weiter gekennzeichnet ist.

prettig verblijf

Wij verbleven met 3 personen een week in dit huis. Alles netjes verzorgd, en een heerlijk zwembad. Alle apparatuur werkt naar behoren alleen kan de droger niet gebruikt worden. Er is wel een droogmolen buiten waar de was opgehangen kan worden. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn comfortabel. De omgeving is heel geschikt om te wandelen, al met al een fijne vakantie.
