Tangerine Sunsets Winton Rose is one of our fully equipped, 1-bedroom, 1 bath vacation properties with lots of amenities. This unit is located on the eastern side of the island and close to the beach, restaurants, stores, public transportation, and packed with standard Tangerine Sunsets services such as complimentary Netflix, free drinking water, coffee, tea and high speed internet.

This home is furnished and equipped with all standard appliances, dishware, cookware, bedding and towels, along with an ironing board and hair dryer. A smart HD TV with complementary netflix, apps like Youtube and live TV are also included for your enjoyment.

- We love feedback. Let us know how we can make your stay better.

- Check-In time (after 3:30 pm) and Checkout time (by 10 am) are firm. Our cleaning agent will arrive promptly at 10am to prepare for our next guest.

- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted in any of our units.

- Only registered guests are allowed to visit or use property facilities.

- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.

- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.

- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.
